HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, I ORDERED ONLINE AND THEY DIDNT HAVE IT READY. I ENDED UP WAITING MORE THAN AN HOUR JUST TO GET A SMALL ORDER.

Idk who working there but I swear they dropped a pan(and still used it). The size of the breadsticks was tiny for all of them. The guy working the front didn’t know what he was doing and running like a chicken without a head.

Do not trust their Pizza Portal. I ordered 2 pizzas from the app, so at the time it was ready, I drove to the store to pick up my order. I went directly to the Pizza Portal, and there was no name on the display nor any pizza on the rack, so I asked the cashier about my order.He told me that my order was already picked up from the Portal. I just told him that it was impossible because I was there to pick it up, and supposedly no one can access the Portal without a code (given at the online receipt); code that I did not share with anyone. The thing is someone somehow managed to get into the Portal and then stole my order. So I told the cashier that I needed my pizzas or a refund, and he said he couldn't do anything about it, so he refused to help me out. I asked to talk with his supervisor (at this point I was so angry and forgot to ask for names), then a lady showed up telling me the same thing, there was nothing to do about it. I asked them how it was possible that someone got access to my order without my code.I told her I needed to get this problem solved since it wasn't my fault but from their equipment. At the end, after refusing a lot of times to help me out, the lady gave me 2 hot-n-ready pizzas. I was ok with it since I just wanted to get out of there and go home, but upset about how this happened and about their customer service. They should fix their broken portal system asap.I will definitely not return to this location, ever.

Did an online order got my food after standing in line for almost 20 minuets then get home to eat my food and my breadsticks are not cooked. I do not recommend coming to this little Caesar’s.

Very unprofessional, cashier didn't acknowledge customers walking in, dressed inappropriate had her shirt tied up like she was posing at the street corner rather than working at a pizza place. Half mindedly paid attention to customer order.

Worst service EVER..pizza was cold and dry NOT FRESH same with Italian cheesy bread which asked on phone to be fresh please but when given to me the outside of boxed was full of grease from sitting in the hot and ready case.I feel pizza should be made to order and I don't mind at all waiting 20 mins.WE WILL NOT BE GOING TO RANCIER LIL CEASARS NO MORE quality was just horrible and people open the box and check it out first before you leave the establishment
