The food was super good and the attention of the employees was very good, only the floor is although it looks clean, the shoes stick to the floor as if they didn't clean soda with sugar well, and it feels uncomfortable.

Awful cold fried chicken. Avoid stopping here! I got a 10 piece chicken meal with jalapeño bombers. After receiving my meal the chicken felt cold and dry to the point that I felt I was eating chicken jerky. I called and spoke with the manger, Carla, she stated she could give me a new batch of chicken if I drive back from my home in Mission. I asked her why the cashier, Paula, didn't just sell me fresh hot chicken to begin with and she couldn't give me a direct answer. What a waste of time and money. They knew they were selling cold chicken and didn't even care to tell the consumer. Pathetic service and management!! Never again will I stop here. Thanks for selling me dog food Carla.

Had a bad experience with the window employee this Monday 9/19/22 at around 4pm. My wife is pregnant and asked if she could spill about 2" of tea so she could mix it with water. She complied, but seemed very bothered and had an upset face. I couldn't understand, but who knows their problems which they should not bring to work. I love to joke and when she gave us our 5 piece chicken stripes combo and mentioned $10.80 I said, "wow that's expensive!" so she could laugh, but I got nothing. Lol. It was horrible, no smile no thank you, just like a get out of my face look. Lol. Would rate this place 5 stars if it wasn't for that awkward experience.
