I have celiac disease and a meat allergy. In my tomato basil soup that was ordered, there was a really weird substance?? Can’t define whether it was meat or gluten of some sort. I picked it out, and rinsed it and there was A LOT. Filled up almost half the bowl with it. since it was picked up from DoorDash, I called the cafe and they said they didn’t put any meat or gelatin in it…but it’s definitely in there. Whatever this is. And now I’m questioning whether to eat the other soups I bought.

We were in town for the weekend and looking for a brunch spot, we found this amazing gem that was just great! The food from the drinks to the pastries were amazing, and the customer service was just phenomenal!
Stopped in today and got the club. I highly recommend!! The bread is so light and fluffy! Definitely a big enough portion for my daughter and I to share. I loved that the sandwich came with chips and salsa. The salsa is actually really good! Can’t wait to go back and try the coffee and scones!!!

OMG!!!?? I walked in today ~3:30pm for the first time to try this little gem. I met the owners (a Lago Vista couple). Very nice couple who patiently explained every item in the pastry case. ALL are freshly made, on-site, FROM SCRATCH, DAILY! YES. FROM. SCRATCH… YESSSSS… croissants, French macarons, scones, biscuits, meat empanadas, etc.? ??? I bought two cinnamon scones, and one passionfruit turnover to take home to have for breakfast in the morning. This evening we just had to try a little taste of each… OH. MY. GOSH.!!!!! DELICIOUS!!!!! My husband said, “Why didn’t you buy some empanadas and croissants, too? Are they open tomorrow? What time do they open?”?? We will definitely be trying more of their wonderful yummy delights. We highly recommend them! Footnote: If you take home your pastries to eat later, warm the croissant (or scone) for a few seconds in the microwave before eating. Yummmmm.

Discovered this hidden jewel on our last day at our AirBNB in Lago Vista a couple of weeks ago. Breakfast places are really lacking here but so happy to have found this place. Everything is freshly made to order; had the egg and bacon croissant, and then also ordered a cinnamon scone for a snack for later; so good! Highly recommend.
