Highly enjoyed my visit here. It was my first time at a Firehouse Subs and I wasn't sure what to get. The staff was awesome, frie dly and seemed to enjoy their jobs. They recommended the best pork and slaw sandwich ever!The restaurant was super clean, the food came out quick and delicious.10/10 recommend.

We didn't have much money at the time. My wife and I were fortunate this particular week and got to go out. Firehouse is by far our favorite sandwich shop. The staff was awful; really and truly. We left feeling unwelcomed. Looking back, I can't see how we could have offended in any way. At this point I'm only to assume that they did not enjoy our presence. Disheartening.

The Cajun chicken sandwich and the meatball sub are both fantastic and the amount of meet they put in is incomparable across any sandwich chain I have visited.The chicken is super soft and flavorful and the veggies are crisp and fresh. I wish they find a way for the sandwiches to have around 200 calories less than they have now and I will have these 3 times a week.The service is always superfast and courteous and they also have outside seating. We have a dog and that matters a lot to us so worth pointing out.

If you're comparing your business to fast first responders, my house would be burnt to ashes before the food was ready. Took at least 30 minutes for 2 small subs, which weren't that great either. Would rather go to subway, thundercloud, jersey mikes, jimmy johns, Sean johns, my own kitchen, anywhere but this specific location.

Subs at Firehouse are nothing like at other sub places, at least not like most of them.The subs are delicious and flavorful, the bread is fresh, the chicken is tender and the veggies are crisp. They seem to have enough choices to please everybody and they donate to the fire department. To top it all they also have a loyalty program that rewards free subs after you have ordered a 10+.Sometimes they have Garlic bread as an option and We love it. Its one of our go to places and will remain that way.

How does this place have over 4 stars when they serve customers black, molded, wilted lettuce making the sandwich inedible? Then they had the audacity to not provide a refund when the sandwich was returned. Just stay away from this place or your lunch won’t be the only thing you lose.
