About 3 weeks ago I ordered on-line and went to pickup my pretzels and drinks as scheduled. Upon arriving, they were closed. Appears as they never did open that day. Of course I was charged for the food items I never received. I was instructed to send in my order number and proof from my bank that I was charged for the items. I did.
