This location has the friendliest and best employees of any other location I’ve been to in the US. They go above and beyond to make sure your children are cared for and they are extremely sweet and hospitable to the children and everyone, they make sure you have everything you need. This place is better than other restaurants where they have waiters. And although this place doesn’t have waiters, they give exceptional service like one. I’m always impressed with the service here! Thank you! Kid-friendliness: The play area is small, but the service to the children is amazing and honestly, they go beyond what they need to!
If you order curbside or pickup be prepared to a lot of time for your food, they like to mark your ordered as ready so they can keep their metrics high but will then make you wait more than 20 minutes for it.

Everytime I order from here their food is not fresh or hot. Sometimes it seems under cooked. I have only experienced this at the Bob Bullock loop restaurant.
Worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. I ordered breakfast and ate in the store, there were only 2 other customers and the food was horrible.

Chicken sandwiches are great seems like the employees out on the lot taking orders weren't having a good day they need to be a little more energetic and smile ? plus the employees making sandwiches need to pay attention to the line up of orders coming up I requested extra pickles and they did not do it sucks that I wasn't in the dine in area.
Did a curbside order today. Despite the app saying “a team member is on the way” it took an additional 10+ minutes. It’s possibly done to lower the wait time for the restaurant but it is frustrating. My food arrived in a wet bag and the attendant said “sorry”. I said no problem. Arrived home and I am missing the salsa for my wrap. This restaurant can do better.
