If I could I’d give 7 stars for the food and service. Javier, apparently the leader of today’s group went out of his way to accommodate my special request pizza today. I’m a gringo in a Latin city and I have a taste for anchovies. I ALWAYS ORDER ANCHOVIES on my special order pizza AND THEY WERE OUT! That’s ok, Javi to the rescue. He sent someone to the store and before we left, I had my preferred pizza!!!

My daughter lost her car keys and we were so worried. Thelma, the manager was nice enough to check the cameras and helped us look for them. Finally figured out they went in the trash, Derek remembered and checked the trash and found them instantly. THANK YOU!

I signed up for emails and was sent my first coupon,Free adult buffet with purchase of adult buffetThe cashier acted confused and called the manager overThe manager, she did something on the screen and then forced me to buy 2 large drinks as well. I had already told her we only wanted water to drink. After purchasing the 2 large drinks it was hardly a discount at allThat was very wrong for her to treat us that wayIt seems many restaurant's and managers are doing things like this in LaredoThese daysVery very sadWe have been eating at CiCi's pizza for 28 years and have always really enjoyed our experience
