Main Event is a place for children and adults since it is a family atmosphere, you can have your parties here, come to dinner, play pool, have a drink. The best are the games for children, you just buy your card and recharge it with points to play the different games. I personally love the wizard of oz that is made of coins, it is very addictive. Then you exchange the points for sweets or very interesting things. They also have a very interesting promotion if you buy food they recharge your game points and if appropriate. Only down side it was pretty expensiveKid-friendliness: They have all kind of arcade games for the kids, including virtual reality games. They also have mini golf, which is harder than it looks, but overall, great fun!

The male employees are unprofessional and the definition of naco. Best to avoid any service that requires them especially the dine in area. I use to love bringing my sons here, however the environments professionalism has disintegrated. Overall, just go for the arcade, and the best thing about it... no contact with BRAIN DEAD employees! Before or after go to eat at any other franchise on San Dario besides this disgraceful place. Cold food. Cooks are HORRIBLE. Not worth the price. Stop being LAZY MANAGEMENT. People are replaceable. Mario do better.

It's not worth your time or your money.TIME-WASTING: Me and my friend went in there, she was super hungry, only ordered 2 things: wings and a Shirley temple. It took 45 minutes for the waiter to see us again. They asked to confirm what the order was. Left for another 45 minutes, different waiter came with the drink, didn't come back with the wings for another 45 minutes. MIND YOU the entire restaurant was empty, only a handful of tables. We wasted hours when the whole deal could've been 30 minutes.MID FOOD: No compliments to the chef. When the wings came, it was clear that they'd been the frozen, bagged kind slathered in an OK sauce. Tater tots were yummy tho. Shirley temple had no flavor until the very bottom, where all the syrup was collected. To charge 13.99 for the wings alone is... greed to a whole new level.If you want food, just eat before you get to Main Event.

i really liked Main Event, the food is really hot i had to wait a few minutes and had the perfect flavor, te service is the best but for my mom that she only knows Spanish is a little awful because she there were fee people that knew Spanish, but overall Main Event is super good and cool to be with family or friends.
Had a great time bowling for an hour. Went at 5 pm on a Monday. Not too busy service was great and friendly. It’s a little pricey but that’s acceptable with good service.

Mario is the worst manager on earth , he came to me while i was sitting and minding my own business, said that i couldn’t take my plastic cup outside ,then i reminded him that i was still inside the building and ask him many many times to leave me alone , he was not happy with my answer and proceeded to snatch my drink out of my hand and kick me out for absolutely no reason … i am going to fill in a complain with the police as soon as possible.
