My experience at this location was great! I made a mistake on my order and I asked to speak with the manager his name was Miguel. He was very understanding and gave awesome customer service. I also noticed that he was very hands on and helping with orders. Not alot of businesses have managers like this who will set the example for their employees. The employees were also very attentive and helping customers. Good job Pizza Hut on Guadalupe St.

The prices of going to Pizza hut are thru the roof lately. Make sure you check your ticket before paying. I was charged for 8 drinks when it should have been 6 because two of us got water. Pizza was good.

To be honest the worst thing to happen is not receive your order and then the restaurant want to deliver 2 hrs later and not receive a call back from management or even be able to address the situation with management on duty. I ordered using the "easiest" way thru the pizza hut app....worst way ever when i usually just go online.

Today 11/18/2023 had the worst bad service overall. Have a cook that has knowledge on making pizza’s and a waitress who knows how to read curbside orders.Pizza was horrible and only got one drink. What happened to the second drink? If one can’t read instructions then go back to school.Vegetarian options: Mushrooms look like poop when baked.

This pizza hut stole my money. I paid for 2 salads with my pizza and even though they didn't have my salads they wouldn't give me my money back. Only credit. I don't order from pizza hut everyday. I don't want credit. They didn't want to give me my $10 backs. They steal from you

When it comes to ordering a pizza to be delivered, chose another location. I've ordered multiple times and all of them have had a horrible experience. Just today, ordered over an hour ago and apparently the driver had cat troubles which is understandable but nobody bothered to let us know our pizza and wings would be over an hour late, we had to keep calling the store to actually find out what happened to our food, not even an apology, in the meantime we'll probably get some cold food. Not worth it.

They always get my order wrong and miss my wings... they take forever. And if not that, they nvr come thru. Like they ate it basically. This is the 11teenth time already. It makes me wanna just go in person next time ?♀️ eat there instead of getting food delivered and the orders fkd just to wait however long. Hours basically. The ninja turtles would've returned the pizza ? ? ? it's whoever answers to tke the order. They dnt know how to check the food before delivery make sure all the orders in there and specific things wanted.

I waited 45 minutes on curbside for ONE pizza. Not one employee was able to match my car description or my name. Upon arrival I told them the name and they could not find it. There was no common sense that I told them the abbreviated name. Note I have been here 1000x before. Same name, never an issue until this.. The manager insisted it was my fault for giving them my short name. I reminded him when I did the order online I did put a description on my vehicle. Which I was the only car that matched the description. I was offered complimentary wings and to wait an additional 8 minutes. I drove home with a cold pizza and free wings an hour later. Horrible service. Common sense is not so common anymore.
