Stopped at drive thru window. No one answered headed on to window. Person with headset was on a phone call and other person with head set never answered. I honked after I saw the girl with the head set hang up the call . She comes to the window and I told her what I wanted to order she tells me that the manger asked for me to drive back and order which I refused to do so I asked why the other person did not answer by that time the manager was on her way to the line. Bad service today I said I would give them a bad review or complain with Tammy the supervisor so the girl in the drive window said what Tammy I said you’re supervisor she replies oh ok IShe’s my aunt I’ll call her right now. Staff needs to be courteous regardless

The service is horribly slow. We arrived to order food for dinner with it being no a peak time at all. There was just one car ahead of us and we ordered 2 numbers 1's. They didn't have anything ready and told us it would take 8 minutes. We said okay and the food didn't come out until 16 minutes later. Then to make it worse our fries are cold not even fresh.
