Wonderful service, fair pricing, the food was amazing. From the temperature, to the flavor, to the presentation, all the food was delicious. We had the homemade lemonade, the Villarreal roll, fried rice with chicken and the garlic tilapia plate.
the food is RARELY good. prices have increased and quality has decreased alot. nowadays they just give you the rolls filled with rice and absolutely no other filling. it’s obvious sushi madre does not care about quality. they start a new promotion just to end it a couple months later. i don’t understand how they keep getting voted “best sushi in laredo”

It's a little bit underwhelming tbh. I got the crispy salmon bowl. That was 65% rice, 10% edamame, 10% salmon, 10% avocado and 5% cucumber.I definitely expected more judging from the reviews other people were giving this place.
