Bahama Buck's - League City

Here’s deal - it’s four poor teens who have not been trained. They are stressed and confused and so understandably it takes them ages to complete an order. I ordered one small snow cone with one flavor and waited for 30minutes - at which point I left without my snow cone. PLEASE for the love of God get a manager in there. When I say that I almost got behind the counter and started making snow cones I mean it. Not rocket science - just impressively bad management.

Over 30 minutes waiting in the drive thru. Please tell me why it takes so long to put ice and flavor in a cup!! You aren’t cooking anything, literally ice and flavor. Whomever owns this place needs to get it together because all of these negative reviews is eventually going to ruin the business.

It took 28 minutes for 2 baby snowcones when we were 1 of 2 customers in the store. When we received them, the pina colada flavor tasted rancid and they poured so much syrup on there it was runny and not snow cone texture. So much syrup that my child wouldn’t even eat it. There were probably 6 workers in there, one being an assistant manager, and only one person was doing any work. The others stood around talking. This is the worst Bahama Bucks I’ve ever been to and possibly the worst snowcone I’ve ever had. Will not be going back and will tell everyone to avoid this one.

Received wonderful customer service from a young lady named Allyson. She was such a sweetheart. Everyone was working so hard! The place seems like it’s turning around .

They were cash only when we went and being that most people don't carry cash nowadays I was lucky to have just enough on me to buy two snow cones we wanted. I recommend the smaller sizes because they go a long way and you get full/tired of them quickly.

Pretty much the worst Bahama Bucks, let alone snowcone place I've been to; I've been to single person operated snowcone stands before that we're faster than this place. It's full of 4 to 8 workers at any given moment, but somehow they can't seem to operate efficiently. It has been this way for YEARS.

If you plan on getting in line for the drive through, I hope you didnt have any other plans for the day. The curb construction and landscaping make it impossible to escape once you've gotten in, which can get up to 8 or 9 cars long in the inescapable zone once you're in there. I've spent up an hour in line before with a screaming baby.

I know none of this is because of Bahama Bucks itself; there's one in Texas City that usually only has two people running it and they are ten times as fast.

On top of all this, their TVs with their menus are not on half the time I bring the kids here, and their iPad payment system sometimes doesn't work, so you better have cash.

Or rather, maybe don't go at all.

Terrible! Worst experience ever. Took my kids for a fun summer treat and it took 10 minutes for someone to take our order with not one other person in line. Then waited over 25 minutes and saw people who walked in 15 min after us got their order. I asked about my order and was given a lot of attitude and they said they didn’t know why and didn’t know where our order was. Decided to get a refund and head to Menchie’s instead. Will not be returning.

Terrible service. Waited 20 minutes for two snow cones and finally left without them. It wasn’t even busy . The store is so poorly run and the staff couldn’t care less about their customers. Will not be returning.

Placed a mobile order, got there early so I waited in my car until the time it said it’d be ready. When I walked in, there was a worker sitting on her phone, unaware that any mobile order was placed and proceeded to get up to start my order. Just for her to get part of my order wrong.

Already the slowest service in league city now they close at 8 on a Saturday? No one there at 8pm. Closed.

Went by and waited for someone to help us but no one came. After 5 minutes. Literally no one around.

The guy working the counter and making the drinks asked the other 3 female workers for assistance, and they out right ignored him. I watched the line get longer and longer. This also made the wait to get out items take longer. The quality was not there, as the oreo cookie smoothie tasted like water. I suggest going elsewhere for a cool treat.
