Just came in and waited for 5 minutes and no one came to take our order, we heard multiple people talking in the back. Very unprofessional, also let 2 people who were coming in know and they left as well.

I want to take the time to leave a great review for this sub restaurant. This is my first time been in here. I’m really impressed with the quality and service. This young girls that are cooking and preparing everything did a amazing job! It looks like they have a good team ! All of them were wearing gloves which I loved it. The sub was delicious. I’m definitely coming back soon !

Wish they had people dedicated to the online/ take out orders so it’s not backing up the customers in the store.
Employees need to at least acknowledge the in person customers who are waiting patiently for them to complete the countless online orders in front of them.

Foods always good at least. Just unfortunate the service doesn’t match.

Cuts your sub and then takes 10 minutes to get to the toppings. Doesn’t give receipt. Very disappointed. Also clean the slicer.

I don’t entirely see what any negative reviews are about to be completely honest. I go to this location at least twice a week and never have problems with my food or the staff they are great. Just recently I believe the assistant manager helped me out because my card would not work and he gave me my meal completely for free. The employees are always great and in my opinion the negative reviews are from people that are entitled and not understanding of certain situations. YALL DO AMAZING

I have been to many jersey mikes in the Houston greater areas.

The boys that work here need to carry themselves with a more professionalism.

Also be mindful of how they handle people’s food.

First and Last time I will order or eat at this shop. 4 employees at 2pm lunch on Saturday. Only one employee was taken orders and another was doing something and the other 2 were standing back and talking. Completely messed up the orders. And used the wrong bread. Had a couple of bites and threw both sandwiches in the garbage where the belonged. The worst part was a city police officer was in line to order , when he an emergency call dispatched and he had leave. 2 Jersey Mike employees laughed aloud at the fact the officer had to leave without his lunch. Disgusting behavior.

We go here quite often. At least twice a week. The food quality is always superb. The Manager and District Manager are each great people and truly care about the service, quality, and appearance of the store. This store is truly a pivotal location to eat for our community.

I come in, order my food and wait. I'm the only person in the whole place and I'm standing there for 15 minutes, money out and waiting to pay. He finally goes to ring me up and then tells me that he cant take a 50 dollar bill on a 38 dollar meal. I let him know that this is the only money on me I have, and he suggests that I go down the road to break the bill at HEB and come back. Make this make sense. I asked if theres anything else that can be done, especially since the food has been made and I've wasted 15 minutes of my life, and he tells me no way. So now I just wont go there anymore, and if this is their policy with the high prices of food they have, bring rolls of pennies because they cant take anything over a 20 dollar bill.

Eat there regularly. Received a coupon in the mail which we decided to use. Got some push back from the employees for using a coupon for myself and my wife. Food was great as usual, but the attitude and whispers from the employees after we ordered made it a stressful situation as we ate in the restaurant. Bad experience.
