Friendly staff, Great selection of fresh donuts, fast paced service, & very clean. It has that old skool hole in the wall feel to it when you walk in?gives me the nostalgic feels every time I stop by. I wish their coffee was a bit stronger otherwise everything else is Grand!
The service here is good. The selection of cake donuts is better than average (most shops ignore cake lovers like me). They had a good selection of yeast donuts as well. The cake donuts tasted ok, although they would be better if they were softer--less crisp from frying

Went to two locations this morning. Both supposedly open at 5am. Neither open. Finally at this one they actually answered the phone and the person tells me that they aren’t opening until 6am due to it being a holiday. Firstly, I literally googled every holiday for today and only nonsensical ones popped up. Secondly, if you are celebrating a holiday from your religion or nationality then do your customers a kindness and post it on your door. The fact that you just decided to change the hours and not post anything is not an acceptable business practice that you should be following. Lost a customer. Oh and I work in a school and we aren’t out for this “holiday” and I had planned on purchasing quite a bit. So now Round Rock Donuts will get my business.

Could not communicate with the server. She got angry when I asked her a question and almost tried to fight me. Never again

The food is delicious and the prices are low. I especially love their kolaches and have returned many times for more, especially when guests are in town. We've also had their donuts and breakfast burritos, all fresh warm and priced at a value. The people behind the counter go out of their way to make us happy and a few times have even gave us some items without charge. There isn't much to look at other than the counter and the big food display but, I've never cared about that. So, I'd call the ambiance efficient.

Got a sausage and cheese kolachi and the sausage was bad..I called to let them know, owner said I was wrong and my taste buds were not good..I only called to let him know and not asking for any refund..just to let him know the sausage was bad and for him to check..he took no part of it being bad and wasn't going to check the other ones out..

Pretty excited about coming here. Second time to come here an hour after opening no fresh anything. Very low selection.
Great donuts but the sausage, cheese, & jalapeno had the smallest piece of cheese and a piece of Jalapeno in last bite.

I used to LOVE this Grand Donuts. It used to be amazing. I’m vegetarian so I would order just an egg and cheese croissant and they would make it fresh for me (because I don’t eat meat). I went there today and the lady had the audacity to try to give me one from the case with sausage on it, and then tried to strip the sausage off. Absolutely unacceptable. I will not return.

No star should be given to this location! Today, I placed an order through DoorDash, went to pick it up, and an Asian man asked me to confirm right away. I told him what my order was and showed him that I had already marked it as a pickup. He then grabbed my phone without asking and checked the items to see if they were correct and if I mark as pickup. The employee next to him tried to tell him that it was my order, but he didn't seem to care. He took my possession without my consent, and I can't believe it! I reported him to DoorDash, and they took notes. I still find it unbelievable how this individual feels it is acceptable to take other people's stuff. How was he raised?
Bacon egg cheese kolache tasted like soap.Would not
