My new favorite place! I never knew this place was around because we never went past Randall's but thank goodness we came. They have a gluten-free menu and it tastes very good. I had the chips and queso plus the cauliflower quesadilla and they were delicious!

Have heard about Guaco for a while and finally decided to check it out. The shrimp tacos were so good the vibe was great, and the service was fantastic! Haiven was our bartender and let's just say I am OBSESSED and will be back, she made us feel right at home!

You would expect a place called guano taco to have good guacamole but it is bland and has a strange aftertaste. This place tastes like Californians moving to texas. Bland and too expensive for small portions.

Guaco Taco is hands down the best restaurant we've been to.We have been coming here since we've discovered it in 2018.My wife has celiac disease and I am gluten intolerant, and neither of us have ever had an issue after eating at Guaco Taco. The food is priced fairly, especially for the quality you get. The flavor of the Cauli-Quesadillas are the best.The service is always pleasant. Mikaela took exceptionally good care of us. My wife and I eat the exact same thing every time we come in. We each get a beef Cauli-Quesadilla, an extra green sauce, and a water with no ice, lemon, or straw.This time while we were there at 1:30pm, on Friday 01/12/2024 (after receiving gift cards to Fogo de Chao Brazilian Steakhouse, which we sold, so we could come to Guaco Taco). We were having a relaxing time, when all of sudden the music was turned up to where we were having to practically yell to understand each other (we were sitting under the speaker). My wife asked the hostess/server if we could get it turned back down (she had to take care of all of her tables as well). After a few minutes, Mikaela came back to check on us and we told her the situation. She immediately left, 30 seconds later it was back to where it was previously.We've never had a bad experience with either the food or service. Needless to say, but I'll say it anyways, we will be back.Don't miss out on Guaco Taco. I love the food and generally would give a 5 star review, however service 2 of last 3 times waiting 15 minutes to even order a drink is crazy, so I left both those times, almost every other time amazing recommend the jalapeño ranch salsa, Sorry cause am a regular that lives close by. Think they need 2 more servers then 6 star review all day.
