Food is usually great and consistent. Service is always slow no matter what time you go or even if the restaurant isn't busy. Basically you get seated, order, get your food and you never see your server again. Regardless of whether or not you leave a good tip, service will be the same. I chalk it up to most of the wait staff being shy or ESL. It takes some getting acclimated to, but if you request your drink refill when the food comes, and go to the front to pay the check/request a Togo box, you can leave without waiting forever to flag someone down.
Terrible service. Younger lady was rushing while taking our order. Very dismissive. Chewing bubble gum and ignoring us. Also their sweet tea tasted spoiled.

food is decent but this is the 4 or 5 time I went up there and it was closed for some random reason. Probably best to call and make sure they are open before heading that way.Edit* because the food is actually good and it's the closest decent Mexican spot near my house I have amended my review.

The shrimp "ceviche" is horrible, it's parboiled shrimp with three squares of tomato, four of jalapeño and lemon, I'm sure they don't cook it in lemon like the ceviche should be ??♀️??♀️

Top notch authentic Mexican tastes!!! We go here for breakfast and dinner and sometimes lunch. The salsa is the best!!! The value for your money is second to no one in town! The staff is amazing and friendly! Love this place!!!Parking: Great place to eat and then do your grocery shopping at HEB!
