I used to order from this location often. The other day I placed a curbside order. When I arrived the app wouldent let me put in what spot number I was in. So I went inside where I was told that since I didn't arrive within 10 minutes my order was canceled. The employee wouldent listen and wasn't helpfull. He ended saying I had to pay again and the first order would be pending then go away. He then tried to not give us the discount from the app. By the time all this was over my food was cold and my shakes where melted.

This is just your run of the mill McDonald's. Nothing special. SOMETIMES the Hispanic employees will smile, or even speak to you. The food is acceptable and usually warm. But he best thing is the coffee. Always the coffee. Hot and so strong you can float a horseshoe in it. Really wakes me up, especially when I spill some In my lap. All foolishness aside though, I usually have to wait in line at this McDonald's a whole lot less than others in the area. I almost always have to go in and straighten out the ap for something or another. They're food is just thrown together like on an assembly line... Half the time the food tastes like it's been burnt sitting under the heat lamp too long.
this place will actually never give you your sauces. i will ask for ranch for my son’s kids meal and ranch for my 10 piece and fries and they’ll never put it in the bags. one time i asked for extra ranch and the manager on duty was so rude and refused to give me extra sauce!! they won’t give the ranches they’re required too or the extra ones. i’m never one to complain but would give this place a 0/5 stars if i could.
