Frozen Yogurt is not typically a treat that I go for but there are just some days that you want Fro-yo. Today was the day that we had that craving and Menchie's is basically around the corner from us so we had to go here. (We also had to go to H-E-B so, what the hey!) We stopped by a little later in the evening and it was still kind of busy, even for a chilly evening. I'll say that the store was mostly well kept and the options were decent. The topping selection was everything that you find at your basic Fro-yo spot. Nothing too special here and service was find. Not an exceptional experience but also not a bad one. Just a typical fro-yo place with your typical options. We chose not to stay and eat as it was buys and a little crowded, theres not much of a seating area. Good place to go if you want to satisfy a craving.

They do not honor their advertisements and pulled a BAIT AND SWITCH on me. I got a buy one get on free advertisement on 2/7/24 in my e-mail, said to be good all day, I went to the store and bought 4 cups expecting 2 would be free- the cashier said that was for yesterday and there was nothing she could do- this is BAIT and SWITCH- not good business. My wife went in today and the cashier was still not able to refund, then got the assist manager on the phone who claimed, "that's not our fault" come on people, take care of your customers and have some ethics, I know its just frozen yogurt but please people....still waiting on manager to call and refund

Turned off machines and removed cups at 8:44pm. Says open, and I waste my time. Associate doesn't bother to notice me entering the store. Lame, atleast you can say something.

Tried this place for the first time. I've been wanting to stop by but I'm always in a hurry when I'm going to H‑E‑B. So glad I did! This yogurt is soo good! I will def be a regular. They have a ton of topping variety from fruits to candy to little fruit juice filled poppy things! Victoria was serving us tonight. She was so helpful, friendly and kind. She really made my first time there awesome. Highly recommend.

Love visiting! My husband and I are always greeted with a smile and a cup. The frozen yogurt stations are always clean and same with the station with all the yummy options. I know I can always find a flavor that I love and all my favorite toppings. There isn't usually any customers in there when we go around noon after grocery shopping. We always enjoy eating outside on their clean tables and people watch the shoppers go by as we enjoy our treat. Always a pleasure.

Amazing service! The store was so comforting to be in with the music and the wonderful staff, specifically a wonderful girl who I believe was named sky or skylar was super sweet and greeted me as soon as I entered the store! 10/10 would come again!

I went in with my two kiddos closely before closing in a pretty stressful day. We haven’t been to a Menchies since before COVID started, so I was a bit leery. A super friendly girl named Skielah helped me and my boys find our old favorite flavors and toppings. I was impressed how bubbly she was when it was so late-it’s rare to see someone truly love their job. Clean store, super service, great treats! Great job, Menchies!

Very good service. When i went there was a very kind young lady , i sadly don’t remember her name fully all i remember is her beautiful smile welcoming me in and her name starting with a S . Will come again definitely!
