I was excited to have some Mexican goodies and it took them 30 minutes or more to make a mangonada and a chicharron. There was little to no customers(2) and the other customer got there after me and got her item first.(which is fine) While we're waiting already 10 minutes after we ordered, the girl comes to tell us that they don't have cream to make our items and that she'd go and buy some really quick and be back. I just asked to get my chicharron w/o cream... FINALLY I got my items and the chicharron is stale... customer service is also horrible, the girl did not apologize for them taking so long and she did not apologize for them not having the ingredients to make what I ordered. There was just radio silence the whole time and she'd go hide in the back. Also, before I ordered I asked for several other items and they didn't have them so their menu isn't all that they promote it as. I think the 4 star is probably from when the store was owned by someone different.

Got the family excited and we drove about an hour to check this place out. Got there during regular hours and the place was closed, for no apparent reason (on a Friday). What a huge disappointment. They didn’t even have the courtesy to leave a note out for customers. This is not how you run a business. If you don’t want to work until 8pm on a Friday then own up and adjust your hours but don’t leave people hanging: it’s disrespectful.

Just so it’s clear Of course the bread is different The name of the bakery is Artesanal Bakery. The previous owners were not Mexican it was under Venezuelans. A lot of people come in saying it’s not the same. This is Mexican a Bakery. I suggest if you don’t like or are willing to try something new don’t bother leaving a comment stating the obvious(aka the difference in bread) it’s unnecessary??‍♀️.

After hearing a lot about this place, we finally went to visit when we we're in the area. I found the place to be quite underwhelming. Here's the scoop: -The shelves were pretty bare. Some shelves were totally empty or have just 1 or 2 items available. -We did get a few different pastries to try. We brought them home to sample and they were all on the stale side. Bummer. -The staff were not friendly at all. They almost seemed annoyed we were there. -I told a friend who had recommended the place to me about the experience and they told me it has new owners now and isn't as good as it was with the previous owners. Overall, I was just not impressed. I am in no hurry to go back for round 2.

The bakery has been sold and is now run by a different family. It does not offer the variety of breads it offered with the previous owners. The bread and sweets do not taste as flavorful as they did previously. They even look slightly different. I will not be going back. It isn’t horrible but it is not the same as when it was Regia.

Very good bread! It’s very tasty ? and of course they pay a fee for your card if you care to read the sign when you PAY there’s a PAYLO. Your option to pay card or cash. That man that gave a bad review complained about the fee, clearly he didn’t bother to see the sign right in front of him. He also should have spoken up and told the staff that the cakes were on sale. It looks clear the staff was not aware. So far the customer service is Amazing if you have any questions about pricing, just ask guys it’s that simple they are there to help and make sure your purchase goes well!

It's been years since I've come to this panadería and I saw that there's new owners/management and figured I'd give them another go. I stopped by Saturday morning and was really happy with everything I picked up! Fresh conchas, empanadas, and rebanadas. They are focusing on more Mexican style bread than previously, but I really enjoyed my visit and will be visiting again!

This place does not deserve the 4 stars it has. Went by on a Sunday and they hardly had anything. Was debating on buying a three leches pastry. I did and when I checked out it was 4.00 dollars for each pastry and their sign said 2.99 each. Plus I got charged a service fee for using a debit card.

Great pastries, not too sweet. Super affordable and great customer service. They help you get your pastries and will recommend if you ask.

The marranitos were dry and not too flavorful. The rest of the bread was just good not great. My real gripe here was the lack of tortillas. What self respecting panderia doesn't make tortillas.

Was there this morning to get some pastries. Very disappointed with the quality of what we purchased. Things were not fresh and was told this bakery was amazing. Well it is not. Don't waste your time or money going there I am from out of town and will not recommend this bakery to anyone

Old and expensive bread! New owners are from Venezuela, the bakery should change their name since it is not Mexican bread anymore.

**Went by recently and it seems to be under new management. The bread just isn't the same. Maybe I went on an off day, but everything is different. And the conchas look sickly
