Rarely do I give a 5-star review, but here it goes. Ordered online, great food and service. I have had smoke mo's in various states/locations is this one took the cake! Excellent food, on time, good portions, and exactly what I was expecting but better. I will be going back again soon. Recommend anyone visiting this area or locals go here. Keep up the good work.

The staff saw me coming, one went straight to the register, and waited. The other one I saw double check the pick up order. And once I stepped inside THEY ALL greeted me. They were all so nice. My food was still hot! It was DELICIOUS!

I ordered for pickup Sunday after work. 7:45pm. My food tasted like it hadneen sitting since lunch. The briskit had the consistency of beef roast and I couldn't even finishe the prok ribs because they were too hard. I bet this place is the bomb during the day (judging by the reviews), but I shouldn't expect quality to decrease with the hour while prices remain the same. If I had known it would be this bad, I would've saved my $20 and spent half at McDonald's.

UPDATE: The store is doing their best to fix the issue I encountered. We will call it an off day. Kudos for reaching out to your guest to investigate the concerns.When you give a restaurant a few times and it still is terrible, the people need to know. However take note its in regards to their breakfast. I used to get their bbq, but the quality went down fast and stopped buying that years ago. The potatoes and tortillas were served cold. Like from the fridge cold. Brisket looked like hold over from the previous day. It had the dark color from reheating. I did order togo and when I go home they left a taco out. They did credit however she then noted she didn't charge either, so credit to try to remedy that problem. Where smokey mo's goes right is their atmosphere. It's clean and suits its branding of bbq. There is just better for the price and quality.
