Waited in line for 10 mins 12/06/23 @7:30am, ordered my food and drink. Get to the window and they can't cash a $100. bill. Like what? They wanted to give me back a $90. gift card. Guess who didn't get any breakfast or coffee this morning. ME!!! I can't believe with all the business they get, that they can't service everyone.. I won't be going back. Made it to work late waiting in that line for nothing..

Alicia is such a wonderful employee she has such a wonderful attitude towards her job and is friendly and happy to be at work the bartistia that took my order was unhappy to be at work and didn’t seem interested to be there or take my order it almost ruined the experience but Alicia made everything better with just having a positive look at work!

Absolutely terrible service at this location. I placed an online order for pickup and not a single employee acknowledged that I entered the store nor seemed to be in any hurry to see what I needed. Understanding that online orders can back up at times, I waited patiently for over 5 minutes to still not be addressed. Finally I say excuse me and ask about my order and they tell me it got accidentally put in the drive-thru area. Please avoid this Starbucks if you can, lots of others nearby that will actually act like you exist.

After coming across a TikTok viral video, I decided to join the trend and order the Venti Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai Latte with oat milk, 1 pump of brown sugar, and 2 pumps of vanilla at Starbucks. I must say, I've discovered my new favorite drink at Starbucks. I encourage you to try it for yourself and not just take my word for it. This was my first time indulging in a social media-hyped drink, and it certainly lived up to the expectations. I also want to commend the exceptional staff at this Starbucks located in the Cedar Park/Leander area, as they provide great service and the lines tend to move swiftly.

As I'm sitting in the drive through line. It's 10/14 11:57 in the morning. Whoever was taking orders for the drive through, was literally the most rude person ever. I changed my order to accommodate her. How disappointed and rude.

avoid this starbucks at all costs unless you want to be in the drive through for 20+ minutes and get a crappy coffee. i ordered extra pumpkin cream cold foam and got barely any. if i'm paying an extra $1.25 it should at least be visible.
