I recently visited this Subway location on Bagdad and decided to try their Cheese Steak sandwich. The decision to dine at this particular Subway was impromptu, and in hindsight, I regret not checking the restaurant ratings beforehand. The concept of a Cheese Steak sandwich from a fast-food chain like Subway did give me pause initially.Upon ordering the Cheese Steak sandwich, my skepticism grew. The service I received was lackluster, to say the least. When inquiring about the types of peppers available for my sandwich, the staff member seemed disinterested and only reluctantly mentioned green peppers after my persistent questioning of the “type of peppers.”This lack of attentiveness and customer service was disappointing.The sandwich itself failed to impress. The flavors were lackluster, and the overall quality left much to be desired. In retrospect, opting for a pizza from Marco’s next door would likely have been a more satisfying choice. Additionally, the 12-inch cookie that I had hoped to enjoy was unavailable due to issues with stocking it in-store.Furthermore, I decided to sample the 12-inch pretzel offered at Subway, only to find it equally unappetizing. To make matters worse, they don’t offer cheese for the pretzel only mustard as an accompaniment.In conclusion, my experience at this particular Subway location was subpar. The underwhelming sandwich coupled with poor service leaves me with no desire to return. I would rate this experience with just one star, noting only the cleanliness of the tables and floors in the lobby as a positive aspect.

I doordash during my free time and my experience there was very unpleasant. I’m a very patient and realistic person. Right when I walked in, the lady looked at me and saw that I was holding my phone so she said “I’m working on your order right now but we’ve been very busy so give me a minute”. She never asked me for the order name and when I tried to say that I would be back, she completely ignored me. I sat down and watched people come after me. One girl sat down and once the lady was done making the order she asked the girl that came in AFTER me if she was waiting for a pickup order. She never once acknowledged me. I ended up waiting 20+ minutes for them to never acknowledge or speak to me. I will never be going to this location due to the lack of customer service and human decency.

Every time we have ordered, our items have been incorrect or forgotten, making the experience unpleasant. The employees are impolite and unhelpful. We hope that better management will be implemented in the future. we will not be going back.

Went ti subway at 2800 Bagdad in Leander,TX. Walked in and after waiting for 10 minutes for an employee to come out of the back. He asked if I wanted to order, I replied yes. He told me it would be awhile because he just got a call in order and walked to the back again. I left because I believe a walk in customer takes priority if you haven't started fixing the call in order. Service is pitiful and non existent at this locat5

I really just needed some water to drink and requested a large cup of water. The tall guy with curly hair wanted to charge me 3.45 for a large cup of water. I didn’t want it to be free but 3.45 is just crazy for tap water in a plastic cup ??‍♀️. Not even the cup is worth that. Some people are just unhappy and need to be empowered.

Went to a Subway after 2 months and Joshua made the perfect sandwich for my family. He was very patient as each one of us wanted different options of the veggies, meat, condiments and confirmed every detail when not sure. Great work handling a lot of customers near closing time.

The sign states that they close at 9pm. I went in BEFORE 9pm. The staff member completely ignored me and when I asked if I could order he still didn't answer. So I asked can I order a sandwich, he said no. I advised that the door says you're open until 9. Again was completely ignored.

I have been going to this establishment sense I was really little but today was my last day of going. Today the African American women with the tattoo on her neck and the hot pink long nails, I don’t know her name because she didn’t have her name tag on was absolutely horrible. I asked for one line of sauce because I’m not the biggest fan of the sauce but I wanted to try it anyways. I asked for ONE line and instead she put 6 lines of the sandwich. It ruined the whole entire sandwich and i through it away after trying it. My sandwich is the simplest order in the world but some how she was able to mess it up.

When I was sick for 5 months, a Subway tuna sandwich was one of the only things that I could eat. Every week I would go to this Subway and only once did they prepare my food incorrectly, and that was because they were out of some ingredients.

They were out of rotisserie chicken which wasn’t a big deal for me. I asked for mine to be toasted and my sandwich wasn’t even warm AT ALL. I also ordered a few cookies and the lady just walked off not saying a word so I figured they were in the bag. I had to go back in when I noticed they were missing. Good customer service would have communicated “I need to grab your cookies from the back” instead of just walking off. I feel like she just let me take my order knowing she hadn’t finished. I just don’t understand how people can get PAID to be rude. The sandwich was awful. Cheese wasn’t melted it was not toasted at All. Get another job if you aren’t happy. If not then do your job right.
