Service is terrible when serve you they don't give you salt& pepper. Get your orders muxed up hardly make second tripe to see if evering us ok! On I ordered draft beer . after waiting to 12 minutes the waiter said . I'll get another 15 still no beer. Had to over to bar to get but still did not get it. The same waiter got my bill mixed up with other individuals sitting with me. He should ask if everything under one bill.

Giving it a 3 because the food was good, ordered 2 tacos 1 Barbacoa the other carne crane guisasda with cheese. It's not like the best but decent no complaints on the food except the price. I had no menu, I should have asked for prices. Well I believe I spent more than I should have, almost $8 for 2 regular size tacos. I asked for avocado on my Barbacoa didnt get it, so I assumed that was why I got charged that much. I usually go further down CALLAGHAN an it's cheaper an good quality on the taste of food.

The place is very clean and the waiter was pretty prompt and helpful. Anytime I go to a new Mexican restaurant I always try the cheese enchiladas first. My philosophy is if you can't make an enchilada plate you cant make anything else. I must say the food was delicious! The right amount of ingredients in everything. The tortillas were fresh and hot and again the device was very good. Found that they have Mole Enchiladas so I will definitely be returning to try those and hopefully more.

Seven months ago I posted a very positive review for Copal but in the last few weeks I noticed customer service has declined rapidly. I was informed the very favored and loved by many customers, Mger Juan Cantu was dismissed. Since then Bar service is very poor. Very popular and ordinary drinks are not available and prices increased drasticly. Good wine was available when most Mexican restaurants don't provide it.The quality of the menu items is suffering and today's news went out that the most popular Live Music by Two Tights on Fridays and Sundays has been dismissed.That ends my run to this restaurant! This had become my place where I met up with many friends over a cool and calm atmosphere with great food and great drinks that welcomed many comers of age and then some.Rumor has it many regular customers will be seeking out another place to meet.

Upon arrival we were greeted by an older man who welcomed us in and shook our hand, turns out he was just a customer... best customer service we received here.They were out of my first drink choice and after ordering an alternative I was told they were also out of my second choice...We ordered an appetizer. The waitress, who was much too soft spoken for the noise of the restaurant, failed to bring out plates or the tortillas that came with the appetizer. I had to work to get her attention and ask for said items. When she brought the plates she informed me that the tortillas were not ready.The food came out in a reasonable amount of time and was decently good, the salsa was really good, the tortillas were fresh made, and the portions weren't bad; however the quality of the food was over shadowed by the poor service.This place was highly recommended but the service sucked. I'm not sure if they deserve a second chance.

Short stop to eat. Took a while to get food. Almost left. Food was good. Couldn't understand why food took so long. Not many people in restaurant. Its In my area. May go back and give it another chance.

Great food and service except today 01/22/2020. Ordered caldo de rez and the meat was a bone with fat around it. Got cheated. Second thoughts about going there again. I am a regular.

Authentic food, great atmosphere, took a minute longer for the food than most Meican restaurants but should be expected for great authentic food. Beer was cold, margarita was delicious and there was live music on the Sunday we visited. Salsa was great and the kids loved it too.

My favorite Mexican food spot since they opened. The food and service is always a sure thing. Our family’s go to without hesitation, especially for breakfast and lunch. This is my favorite breakfast plate - the chilaquiles verdes, you can choose which salsa you prefer and you can add chicken but everything the plate already comes with is amazing, delicious, and plenty of food.

Great food but horrible service. My mom something in her plate and the waitress didn't care and just walked away. Hardly no one was in there and it still took long to get our food. Waitress had a problem getting us things we needed.
