We moved to the area a few years ago and enjoyed visiting Ale Taco the first year or so. It began to go downhill with our pickup orders not being correct and ultimately resulting in us visiting less and less.We ordered pickup from them recently and nothing tasted good. But that wasn't the worst of it. I was up for hours with indigestion and then beginning in the early morning (after only a couple of hours of sleep) I began doing laps from bed to bathroom.The quality has definitely been going downhill and now it's hit an all-time low. It doesn't taste like anyone there cares and that's unfortunate because now we will not be returning.What did I eat that no else in my party had? Rice, beans, jalapeno peppers, and the fish taco. Not sure which but one of them made me ill. The fish in the taco tasted like it had been dragged through the mud. The chicken tasted kind of stale, odd for protein but it's the best way that I can describe it. It tasted stale vs spoiled but others in our party had chicken as well but weren't sick besides indigestion so although it didn't taste good I don't think the chicken was guilty. Ale Taco is though.

I wish I would've taken pics of my order. A simple Google search for "tacos" led me here.Ordered 3 tacos + 2 sides for $12. Two steak tacos and a chicken taco, all in house made, fresh flour tortillas. The tortillas were top notch! Tacos come with cilantro and onion, although they offer other items such as cheese, pico de gallo, sour cream, guac, etc.Got chips + salsa as one side, Mexican rice for the other. Salsa was mild, although they had spicier options.Rice was pedestrian but easily fixable with a little salsa.No taco Tuesday specials, however, still a very good, inexpensive meal for any day of the week!

It was and exquisite and I sincerely encourage everyone to pay Ale Tacos a visit. Sooner than later preferably sooner than later. I ordered the loaded shrimp ? taco ? it was delish?
Hole in the wall place that's DELICIOUS.Lewisville does not deserve the flavor - that this place brought to my mouth lol.10/10 we will be back!

Update:Been going to this place for 5 years and the one thing I will leave you with is they are extremely inconsistent and that alone is stopping me from coming back ever again for their food... their flan on the other hand is bomb.There is always something wrong with my order. Either something is missing or some of the order was prepared poorly.If you are not picky about Tacos and don't know what's good, then Ale Taco should be fine but if you know good tacos, go somewhere else. The breakfast burritos are good.

I've been coming to this place for years and the food used to be amazing. I recently purchase a taco plate on 2 separate occasion and the meat had a foul odor to it on both occasion. The old crew of personnel that use to work did a better job.

The steak tacos were a 10/10 on the delicious scale, steak was cooked to perfection. There new dish huaraches was also very delicious, I have never had it before but definitely would recommend.
