Always a great time ! We love Bistecca. My wife had the sea bass, and I had the veal Oscar . As always, everything was excellent. Great bar service as well. We'll be back soon. So glad you're up here in our neck of the woods.

I haven't been back to Bistecca in 2 years. My wife and I used to love this restaurant. But we won't be back.Service was slow and sporadic. Can't make a lemon drop martini correctly. Had to ask for my drinks 4 different times. The Prime N.Y. Strip was tough and hard to slice. And not very moist or tender. The Ceasar salad was boring. The crust on my wife's strawberry pie was very dry and tasteless.$320 for a subpar dining experience.Just isn't acceptable. We love you and your staff, Morris. But we can't come back.

Not a common restaurant. Italian style steak and seafood, white tablecloth, subdued lighting, and classic jazz playing. The Good: The food quality is excellent and wait staff were very attentive and friendly. Bistecca is one of our favorite places. Prices are very agreeable for the quality. The Bad: It can be loud and crowded at busy times. I recommend going on a weeknight. Overall we definitely recommend Bistecca for a romantic dinner or a wonderful white tablecloth dinner with friends. My thanks to Beau for an excellent experience.Dietary restrictions: They were very accommodating of my diet restrictions and got everything right.Parking: Parking can be sparse during busy hours so you may need to walk a bit but not bad.

We love going to this old school restaurant for the excellent service and wonderful food. It is truly a dining experience and we have never been disappointed. The food is interesting and excellent and the service is perfect - friendly and helpful without being obtrusive. Ambience is lovely as well. We tried a new wine on the server's recommendation and it was excellent. The servers know the menu and can make informed recommendations. Very highly recommend!!!

Frequently dine here (at least once a month if not more often) - my favorite by far! Bragged to my visiting son about service, food,etc... Food was amazing as always! It was LOUD and spoiled the elegance of the dining room. Service was slow, but restaurant was extremely busy - when we have attended in past chef always circled about tables and added personal touch - this visit he chose some obvious frequent patrons and ignored every other table. Outstanding food but something was a bit off.

We had the Sea Bass which is outstanding!! As an appetizer we had the seafood soup! It is superb! Ended with a chocolate desert - the Grotto tower with a good cup of coffee! Everything was really top notch. It was great way to celebrate my wife's upcoming trip to Italy.

We dine her frequently but is my first review. Wife started with Bistecca salad, which she loved. I had She crab soup, delicious. Dinner wife had filet with crab, she loved it. I had sea bass with mushrooms and pasta, yummy. Dessert was two choloate souffles, outstanding. Server was Kiley. Very friendly, attentive. Excellent dinner, spectacular service. An outstanding restaurant.

Thoroughly enjoyed my dining experience at Bistecca’s! Hunter was a wonderful server, very attentive and knowledgeable over the menu. All the food was amazing, chef prepared and made to order. Definitely recommend trying the cheesecake to top off your five star meal!

The food was wonderful and the atmosphere on the patio was so more relaxed than inside. If the weather permits, the patio is definitely the way to go. Khalil, our server was the most wonderful part of our experience. He was knowledgeable and kind. He let us steer the tempo of our service. He offered wonderful recommendations and ensured both our food and experience were exactly what we wanted. He appeared to be genuine in his affection for both his job and the people he worked with. That only added to what was already a remarkable evening.

Had a business dinner here. We arrived a little early for a cocktail in the bar before dinner. Best martinis and old fashioned. In the restaurant, We were able talk easily. Our waitress was amazing , support staff was spot on. For staters we some delicious crab cakes. We both had the beef fillet and pan seared scallops cooked to perfection. I had a very nice mindless. We chose a very good Charles Krug Cabernet Savignon. Highly recommend this restaurant to everyone, ,

Bistecca is an amazing restaurant. The wife and I feel so blessed to have this so close to our home. If you haven’t tried Bistecca you should! Order the steak salerno appetizer. Then order the chefs medallions.

There's something amiss with ownership /or management in our experience. Only been here one other time several months ago. In that case despite having a reservation the hostesses couldn't seat us in a relatively empty time slot for almost 15 minutes. There was something going on with the management and they were afraid to seat us and get in trouble. We read all the positive reviews and decided to try it again. This time we arrive on time for our reservation and again they keep us standing around for several minutes, again with most tables empty. Then they said they were delayed, because, get this; they didn't have any menus available. They asked if we were Okay to sit while they get some menus, uhmmm, of course that's better than standing without menus. I've never heard of a restaurant not having enough, and again, it was not even half full when we arrived. It also took far too long for them to bring the bottle of wine we ordered.... It is a good and fairly priced wine list. That said the duck was great, the atmosphere is quite nice, and probably awesome when outdoor dining weather is in season. In short, there's lots of dining options around that seem to be more efficient. Probably be months before we try this again.
