Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. I'm not sure where to even begin. Food is horrible, the property and store are dirty, trash is littered all outside the building, it's clear they make zero effort to maintain the place. I'd be shocked if they pass health inspection. They consistently ignore the drive thru window, the staff I've dealt with are rude. The food quality is always bad, I only come here when I'm being very lazy and want to eat somewhat "healthy", but man is this place bad. I don't leave reviews normaly but this place is so bad I felt my fellow lewisville ppl need to know the truth. The 1 star reviews are no joke, I'm not sure it's even worth 1 star. No idea why it's still in business. You're better off driving an extra 100ft over to Tom Thumb and picking up a rotisserie.

Horrible awful service the girl there is very rude and talks with slang and aggressiveness. They said they were closing in a few minutes which was around 8 pm. She said they were out of food once again. Horrible customer service and never have any food and closed early every time I’m in the area doing door dash. They use profanity while I’m in the lobby. I assume she’s the manager because the young guy said let me get my manager and I regret that he did. I don’t know why they are still open. The young man was respectful. I hope to never get any more orders for this store. Waste of gas time and energy.

I haven’t been to this location in a few years, so I stopped in, and the food looked and tasted like it had been sitting around for a few days. I thought it looked bad, but I was in a hurry and I thought it may be the lighting, but it was horrible! It wasn’t even warm. I don’t know what happened to this place, but it’s a dirty, nasty place now.

I bought some chicken at the Lewisville TX location on Main Street and wound up with food poisoning. I was very disappointed because that location used to have good food and a full staff. Will not be going back.

I'll you're looking for the absolute worst service and quality, look no further. Management is a disgrace here. I'm here at 730pm, lights are mostly off except for a few inside, sign says open, but doors are locked and no one's taking orders at the drive thru. This isn't the first time this had happened either. Why they keep this place running baffles me. Absolute worst location I've ever been to. Please just shut this place down so a decent business can come in.

Awful. Old food. Horrible customer service. They were out of so many sides and chicken. Placed an online order that was not ready when I arrived 20 minutes after placing it. I had to wait an additional 30 minutes to get my food. We ended up throwing out most of our food. A waste of $25. I wrote an e-mail to support, but they haven't replied. What a shocker. Will not be back. Ever.

It has been a number of years since I have been in a Boston Market and have fond memories of quality and selection. Things have changed. Went to get a few items based on a discount from an app I installed and was shocked at how sad the restaurant and selection were. The windows dirty and some permanently fogged up. Many of the lights inside were out. Large unassembled cardboard boxes in corner (purpose unknown) Could not tell where the chicken was coming from but could not see any being cooked. Sides appeared to have been out awhile. The employees seemed low energy(can't blame them), were not wearing a uniform or plastic servicing gloves. The parking lot was empty. Just feels like a restaurant on the verge of closing. It hurts to write this review as I so much want the old Boston Market back.

Absolutely HORRIFIC. One of my "sick day" meals as a kid was Boston Market, so I decided to treat myself after not feeling very well. The capacity at which this food was messed up on every level felt almost too bad to NOT be intentional. Chicken soup? FREEZING cold and watered down, as if a cup of ice water had been dumped in. Order completely incorrect, with so much mac and cheese that had SO much salt in it that it was completely inedible. How could you POSSIBLY mess up Boston Market mac and cheese? This place is GROSS and the food is tampered with at best - I hate to think what legitimate reason they could have for fumbling something so good and so simple so hard. Avoid, avoid, avoid. Disgusting.

I placed an online order at the Lewisville location. I submitted an email address and phone# with the order. At pickup time, I went to the restaurant to pick up the order. Upon arrival, it was dark outside (approximately 8:00PM), and all of the exterior building and signage lights were off and only some of the interior lights were on. If you didn’t know better, you’d think they were closed, which they might as well have been... looked sketchy to say the least. The employees said they were out of a few of the items ordered, and they canceled the order without calling to notify me or allow me to change it. They provided a voided receipt, so I left. After about 3 days and no refund to my bank account for the $48 order, I stopped by and spoke to the on-duty manager, “Ricky”. I explained the issue(s), and he couldn’t have cared less if I paid him to care less. An apology was definitely out of the question. We’re a week out now, and STILL no refund. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you AVOID this restaurant and keep your money since you’ll still be hungry anyway. I plan to try and discuss the matter with the corporate office. My review may be revised with a reasonable explanation and/or resolution.

Received 2 pieces in my 3 piece meal, food was messily placed in containers, and the service wasn't good. I selected for curbside and waited outside for 5 minutes while I saw them standing inside talking so I went inside and they still talked for maybe 3 more minutes before even acknowledging me just so I can have them hand me the order sitting there behind them but I had to wait for them to even look at me.I wish I went to Cracker Barrel. Big disappointment

This place is good.. food great, and friendly staff it was only 3 people working but they where great communicating and getting the job done great job ladies me and my wife enjoyed eating inside we came a little before the lobby closed but they let us go ahead and eat inside. thank you will come again!

Love this Boston market! Tonight the staff made my night! Good music great jokes and ladies kept a smile on their face the entire time the gentleman in the back was bringing out sides as they were gettinglow very clean facility! I mean everything about this place is great You won’t be disappointed with the night staff!!

Ordered online for a pick up in 30 min. Upon arrival at 7:30pm on a Saturday the store was closed. They charged us and did not provide any feedback on the order, in fact we got an email saying order complete. All issues are done via email, unable to call and get refund. A joke of a company.

Thank you for ruining Christmas Eve dinner for my family and I.I ordered a week ahead, got confirmation number.I pull up for my pickup time at 5:45pm (They closed at 7pm for Christmas Eve) to find all doors closed. I looked inside, an employee comes and asks what I need. I said I have a pickup order. She walks away, a young lady in a bonnet. Comes back, and asks for the name. I tell her my name. She walks away again. She comes back. Tells me to go through the drive through, I say okay. I go through the drive thru, a young man asks me what I need. I tell him, I need my pickup order please, here is the confirmation number. I wait again.Then, the manager comes. He tells me sorry, we ran out of food. Yes, you read that right. He says, a lot of people just came in and kept buying food. He also says, “Well I see that we didn’t charge you for it so that’s good.” No, it’s not good at all. The fact that your store consistently has awful, poor service according to reviews, with no care for your customers, is atrocious. You didn’t call me to say hey we ran out of food, nothing. That is simply negligence and laziness. I agree this store does need to be closed down, I gave it a chance despite the bad reviews and I regret it, I am now at the grocery store scrambling to find things to cook.I believe the manager doesn’t know how to manage, doesn’t know how to make enough food, doesn’t know how to organize pickup orders, doesn’t know how to control the kids that work with him. You need to fire everyone and start over.
