I dont know what has changed about this location, management or ownership, but the quality of the food has declined tremendously. Several times I have ordered particular sides that were cold and disgusting. The price of Food is to expensive for the quality to be trash.

They changed to a smaller box for your food so everything doesn't fit inside. Instead they put your fries and gravy in a bag that is soaked in grease. Also they forget to add stuff to order after repeating it back to you. And they will hand you a paper straw not in the wrapper touching all over it. Not sanitary.

Me and my Bestie were visiting from Phoenix AZ. We stopped and had lunch. I had the 6 pc. Wings and fried Okra and it was Delicious. She had the tenders. We both really enjoyed everything the food, the place was spotless and the manager was so Nce and Gracious we'll definitely be patronizing again and the price was affordable.

This chicken was so delicious and the manager from this store was so kind and helpful. We weren’t familiar with the menu but he was patient and guided us through the process. We will definitely come back to this location. The bread is the best too. Super yummy. And the salad was very fresh. Thank you!!!Kid-friendliness: My kids loved the ice cream cones too!

The chicken sandwich is amazing! It is the best among chicken chains. The service is alway great! AR is consistently friendly and ensures my order is fresh and accurate. The store is managed well and always clean and inviting! I will be having another chicken sandwich today! Yum!
I dined in at 4 pm with my daughter on a Monday and we were the only ones dining in. Food was ok. Chicken tenders were so small I thought it was a chicken nugget. As we were eating, we noticed an older lady sweeping the floors. Then, she used the same broom to clean the crumbs off some tables! GROSS. Then, she started mopping the place and the entire place was overwhelmingly taken over by the cleaning solution smell. Smelled like the Lavender Fabuloso. The smell was so strong that my daughter and I started getting a headache. We rushed out. Please don't sweep and mop while the customers are eating.
