I went through the drive thru specifically to get a cinnamon with pecans as u can see no pecans and it was burnt i called back they gave me a refund but why would u give somebody something you wouldn’t give yo uglass mama

I got the Fresh Veggie sandwich, I'm not a vegetarian or vegan, but from other places veggie sandwich's that I've had, this one was pretty tasty! I'd suggest a little more of the other veggies compared to the lettuce, but I still thoroughly enjoyed it. The service was excellent, the 2 people that helped me (I don't remember their names) were very professional and polite.Dietary restrictions: Not a vegetarian or vegan, but having the options were niice.Parking: Parking was good for the location

This place never disappoints. I have eaten here a over a dozen times over the past year and they have never gotten my order wrong. The staff are always friendly and helpful, the food is always delicious, and the dining area is always spotless.

Schlotsky's used to stand out above other QSRs ... and earn a 4th star ... by virtue of their 'Baked Fresh Daily' bread claim, which has more recently (guess we can blame this on COVID too?!) devolved into the increasingly dry, less flavorful mire dated 'carb placeholder' used to encase their still reasonable quality internal ingredients. It is time to introduce either a 'wrap' and/or 'bowl' option ... or people need to upsize their drinks in order to help wash down the bulk carbs now housing their sandwiches.

The food is usually good. Standard Schlotskys fare. The customer service is lacking. There was one woman that I guess is not working here anymore who was very pleasant. The rest of the staff act like you are interrupting their day. As far as the environment is concerned, it's always cold in the dining area. I understand that the kitchen is warm but don't crank up the air conditioning in the dining room
