Texans should be ashamed of this location. My sister got food for us here. The fries had to be redone and they were still hard. The drinks were watery and apparently her salad was bad. Then it took forever to get less than decent food. Usually Whataburger is a hit or miss for me. Definitely a miss. I'll update once I go back and have a better time.

Been at this location a few times now, the staff in the drive through are disrespectful even just tossing cards and receipts at people in the drive through. Food takes forever and there are always issues with the orders in some way or another. It shouldnt take 30 minutes to get a meal at a fast food restaurant.

I don't usually complement fast food restaurants because I don't expect much. I stopped by this location at 6:40 am. for a double Whataburger with cheese. I expected the burger patty to have been cooked 45 minutes to an hour earlier, and the fries to be old a reheated by dumping them in the cooking oil for just a little longer to give me the impression they were fresh.My burger was fresh, and so were my fries. The drive-through cashier waswas fast friendly and on top of the job.I needed a boost in my expectations.Thank you.
Burger patty was dry & hard, and was xtra crusty around the edges. I don't care what time of the day or night it might be -- if you're charging $7+ for a burger, it better meet the bare minimum of being edible.Haven't had whataburger in years, probably won't ever be back. Whatawaste of money & time.

The nastiest whataburger I have ever been to even my soda was nasty you can taste when a business does not clean their soda knobs . The chicken was hard old, the fries were mixed with old hard fries , the tomato was so soggy I couldn’t pick it off my sandwich . Not to mention the lettuce was so dark with brown residue on
I've been going to Whataburger so many years.. without question, easily my worst experience. Food absolutely sucked. Itwas hard for me believe they give this to someone.

I have gone to this location many times and every time has been a bad experience. I only go in the mornings on my way to work and they always give me food that has been sitting up for hours. Today took the cake they gave me a biscuit that was as black as burnt can be and the sausage and eggs was old. Luckily i looked at it before i left and went back through drive thru and spoke to one of the team leads who said that she cant give me my money back and can only remake my food. I asked for manager of store name and info. I definitely will never be back and told everyone i work with not to visit this location.Parking: Its always clean.
