Great food. Clean restaurant. Alexis was my server. She was on the ball and an excellent server. Fast, got the order correct, and checked on my needs frequently. Her smile was so genuine and happy!
Chuy’s in longview used to be my favorite place to eat. But after not going for a while, we went in two days ago. They are still hiring young host girls who are barely good for anything except wanting to stare at their phone. We got seated and sat for 6 minutes with no help from a server. I realize it may only be 6 minutes, but they were not very busy at all. And we had 2 different waiters walk by who paid us no attention. I am very impatient, especially when it comes to this type of situation. So we walked out. I’m not sure if we had a different server other than the two girls we saw help other tables right next to us… or if our server was back there playing on her phone. Either way, there is no reason anyone should not be helped within a few minutes of being sat at a table.

Chuys in Longview, Texas is one of the worst places You will ever find in Longview they have very bad Service because we have asked our waitress multiple times for multiple things and she never got it for us after the third time we told her she finally got it and she’s very rude and demanding And never get the macaroni it’s disgusting and dry and the enchiladas were so disgusting

This is always a great place to eat. I love the food and it's never just too over crowded. And even on the busy days, the waitresses so a great job of getting to you fast and keeping up with your drinks and checking in on you. It's a comfortable place to eat. The workers take the time to get to know you over time. And will remember what you like to order if you are a creature of habit like me, lol. Take your family there. Take your date there. Go alone. Just go. You won't regret it. I recognize the Fajita Setup. Or the Taco Salad. But no matter what you chose, your taste buds will thank you. And the prices are great.
