My wife and I dined at this establishment after going by the ER at a nearby hospital. We both ordered the Sourdough Jack #1 combo, and I got 2 tacos on the side. It was around 8:30 pm, and the inside dining area was not packed with people, nor was the drive-through filled with cars. When we received our food, both burgers and the fries were cold. It's not cold from sitting out too long but cold from the start. The cheese was not even melted on the hamburger pattie. My wife and I had several options of where to go, and in hindsight, I wish we would have. I will never go back to this particular restaurant again.

I went through the drive thru window and it moved quickly with my order. It's hard to get to because of the 2 streets have a lot of traffic. The food was good.Parking: Just hard to cross the 2 main streets from heavy traffic.

The worst Jack In The Box in the history of time. Rude. Got the whole order wrong. And when I told her she forgot to put cheese on my $10 sandwich that comes with cheese…. She proceeded to hand me a piece of cheese in a baggie to melt on there myself.I was charged for ranch dressing. I got chicken nuggets and $50 worth of food but they charged me for 2 extra ranchesThe way these people treat the customers is intimidating and scary. I am blown away!
I gave them really good ratings because the food is good here but when I got this loaded breakfast sandwich the sausage was overcooked the bread was too maybe they were having a bad morning this is the first time I had a bad sandwich so I will try another one in a few days and let you all know how that goes but overall I will still eat Here so should you

Good sucked but the lady working the drive thru made my 3am trip well worth it she had the most vibrant personality and even though she seemed overwhelmed she had a smile on her face.
