Great home town environment and Calista has been my family's waitress ever since we showed up and she is always polite and knows what we like now!Kid-friendliness: I bring my 7month boy and I feel welcomed to do so.Parking: You can have front row parking, they also have parallel parking on the side. If not then you have to park a tad father out.

We had the chicken strip basket with onion rings instead of fries. The chicken was delicious with the gravy. Some of the onion rings were not, just because the dry skin wasn't peeled off enough, before cutting into rings.

1st visit & was very pleased! Nice, friendly staff. Very clean dining area. Food was very good ... onion rings were great! I'll definitely go back again. Nice, old-time diner experience.

Always a great experience when I eat here, especially for breakfast. Their biscuits are my favorite! The service is on point, the portions are generous and the prices are reasonable. Definitely make it a point to come here to a locally owned, family run establishment instead of the typical chain restaurant.

It was okay. Had Buscuits and gravy, the biscuits were perfect, gravy wasnt sausage gravy and a tad bland. Bacon was spot on, hash browns portion size was small, but good crispy hashbrowns. Was really hoping for amazing biscuits and gravy and was just okay. I will be back to try the pancakes and other food. We went Saturday at 10am and got a table right away.

Chicken and Dumings was on the special. It tasted fine, but there was zero broth. Very thick. The pea salad was drenched in mayo. My friend got a patty melt and couldn't eat it. Said the meat tasted bad. Was told they have a fabulous breakfast served all day. Might try that sometimes.

Loved that they offer all you can eat biscuits gravy for under $10 and the eggs were excellent. Loved the 50s music playing and the ambiance!! Everyone should give this a place a try.

Ugh! Saturday August 6th was the first time at Lizzy's Diner. I went there for breakfast. Server was very nice and that's about all the good I can say. I ordered a Western Omelet, hashbrowns, sausage, toast and coffee. I say WHAT! $2.09 for Hashbrowns and I only get about 3 bites. WOW! The Omelet was small and had precooked peppers and onions in it. The sausage, toast and coffee were just OK. I told the guy at the Register that the hashbrowns were quite small for the price and he just said OK, Then, as I'm driving home my stomach started to rumble and I knew some or all the food didn't agree with my stomach. For 2 days I've had an upset stomach and diarrhea. The health department needs to go there and inspect Lizzy's. Management needs to give customers what they pay for and not skimp on the food. I definitely won't go back.

We are visiting the area and stopped into Lizzy's. Seems to be a great spot the locals like to frequent. Very good home cooked food, my husband loved his cheeseburger and homemade fries. Great service and very clean. We are moving to the area and will be back. Thank you for the hospitality.

Went to Lizzy's for breakfast this morning and I'm sad that I have never been there before.Good home cooking, kind of a small town diner feel to it. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, service was quick and accurate. I will definitely be back.

My husband and I were in Longview and decided to give Lizzy's Diner a try for breakfast. I'm sure glad we did. We both had two eggs scrambled, bacon, and hash browns. The bacon was crispy and the hash browns were just the way we like them, and the eggs were good also. The service was great! If we find ourselves in Longview again at breakfast time we will head to Lizzy's.

I ordered pancakes and eggs. They were served fresh off the griddle. HOT AND FRESH. My wife ordered chicken and dumplings. It's very obvious very obvious it's all homemade. The food didn't make me want to slap my momma, but it's good. 4 stars.
