This place hustles hard, even with a CRAZY line! I ran inside to grab my drink and, despite the literally 8+ cars rapidly lining up, the baristas were so calm and friendly. They were still hustling and moving as fast as they could, but they never transferred that stress to me or to the environment; it still felt calm and like a place to relax/study/work. The third place!
Everytime I go there they always forget my caramel crunch on my drink. Every. Time.

So this review is not a reflection of the workers there but rather of the management. Every time I have come to this Starbucks, I consistently wait forever for my drink, no matter if it is drive thru or inside. They are consistently under staffed which leads to egregiously long wait times. Management need to hire or schedule more people to streamline the process.

Was in town for thanksgiving weekend. Went in to pick up my online order and I told a lady working there that my cake pop was missing and her response was, “I’ll get to it when I get to it” with a nasty attitude. Another guy working there asked if I needed to place an order and she responded to him nicely that I was missing an item. I hope your day gets better ma’am, but that was not a good look.

Food and coffee here tastes great. Service is fantastic. Parking can be a hit or miss, especially if you go when they’re really busy. You’re probably better off going through drive through.

The cashier was rude and i order 2 caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino but instead of my frappuccino they gave me a watery milkshake I was going to inform the cashier about it because she seen me looking unhappy at the drink but she quickly close the drive-thru window and left and went to the back Starbucks will not get my money anymore I cannot wait for Dutch Brothers to open
