My family ate there last night and we were extremely disappointed in our food and service. My husband's steak was well done when he ordered it medium rare. We didn't have any sides and after we received our sides, they were all wrong. The waitress never returned after that for us to have the opportunity to send our food back. We paid a lot of money for very mediocre food and service. We will not be returning due to this.

Sunday evening was crowded and noisy, selection of steak was limited because of that, as they were out of prime rib. Party of more than 2 had to be put on waiting list.Kid-friendliness: Families with kids are common there.

Longview Roadhouse is often one of the busiest Texas Road HouseI've ever been, too. Foods often pretty on point and exactly how I want my steak, wait staff varies from time to time most the time it's really great and they're helpful I have had a few waitresses in the past where it felt like you were a bother to them being there.

My sister and I shared the 20oz. Ribeye and it was seasoned and cooked to perfection! The baked potato and sautéed mushrooms were delicious also ! The salad was skimpy on the eggs and croutons but still delicious! All in all a very good dining experience! Would totally recommend to all who love a good steak! The waitress was very experienced and always came at just the right moment!

We'll be back again, 1-20-22,yet another great meal with fantastic service..9-17-23 .ribs were a bit charred, but steak was excellent.. 12-4-23 food and service were great... A little light on my ranch dressing (after I specifically said a stupid amount) but otherwise amazing. 4-6-24... Perfect meal, great service..

Had good waitress,We ordered salad ,about 3 mini tomatoes a piece. Got chicken & bloomin onion. Had enough grease to service my car.
