I love me some bsiv vanilla baking robins ice cream but today I came here craving it it tasted worse than store brand ice cream I had vanilla wich it's well know for here but it tasted off old nothing like the brand I know very disappointed won't be back don't recommend McDonalds has better

How is it possible to run out of World Class Chocolate and Mint Choc. Chip on the same night? These guys routinely run out of supplies. I think Dunkin' is the only thing keeping the lights on at BR. If you get lucky and they have your flavor It's generally pretty good.

Baskin Robins is Baskin Robins…so what sets them apart? Customer service and cleanliness? Well, the dude serving our ice cream was young and inexperienced…but a typical teenager…britches down below his hips. Really don’t want to see your fruit of the looms while you serve my ice cream. Lastly, bathroom needed attention. Urine all over the toilet seat…but hey, they have good ice cream…who cares about the rest of your experience?

This location has the most helpful and friendly employees! Kristi went above and beyond decorating my son's birthday cake! She even messaged me the day of to make sure she had everything correct! It was so thoughtful and very nice to have such great customer service!! We will definitely order from them again!!

Posted hours say they close at 10. We show up at 9:26 and all the doors are locked. The workers inside just looked at us and shook their heads (there were 3 people working). If the drive thru was open that’s fine but no where was it posted that only the drive thru was open and the workers didn’t seem to care either way. We didn’t bother to try because we had a huge van. Pretty disappointing

Zero stars is more like it....first time I waited 20 mins and they walked around like they didn't see me,then they talked to me rudely said my cake order wasn't there,I said we paid for it online,I showed her the online order the girl rudely said well it says the 16th so we don't have it,I said I'm ok read the next line it said it will b ready the 18th at 4:30 pm....she then said oh yes it will be ready about 5 or 6...I left and came back at 7pm...the cashier was flirting with her bf at the counter and went outside with him then they came back and we're laughing in talking inside the door,stood there for a good 20 mins again...fine had the cake shoved in my hand!!!! Close this one down now this is pathetic

Ordered a custom cake 6 days “”before I needed it and paid in advance. Showed up and it wasn’t made because “the cake person didn’t show up”. The helper assured me she could have it ready in 20 minutes ( cake maker in training). I didn’t have time to wait and told them I would be back in 4 hours. Came back 4 hours later and it still wasn’t done. They didn’t know how to decorate even though I watched someone write it on the sheet and they could have called. Very disappointed

Sadly, they seem to be out of everything I have ever tried to order. I get things are limited bc of the shortages but bananas or hot fudge is no excuse when you are literally by a walmart. ? or want a milkshake? Oh cant bc there are 4 people ahead of you and they have 1 blender and the wait will be 15+ min... um ok? Again, theres a walmart right there to get another lol Its been like that for over a month now. Even if I manage to get what I want, its usually wrong or missing something. So eh, thats why I go to braums now.
They claimed that they tried calling they never did and did not make my cake. Also they had no cakes for me to choose from.

Ice cream was good but the girls that were working today were so lazy and mad that we were ordering ice cream again the is not a complaint on the ice cream just the service!

Looked like they had been slammed but there was no one when we went in on a Saturday. The dining room was trashed but no one was making a move to do any clean up. The kid behind the counter was playing on his phone and eating an ice cream cone. They didn't have many flavors on display. I wasn't expecting 31 one flavors but more than 12. To end on a good note, the ice cream was a good temperature, and the staff was pleasant enough. I just wished I had a clean place to sit and enjoy it.
