Very disrespectful, and thieves! How your going to tell me I did not order something when I always order the same thing any Chinese food I eat then after I pay don’t want to provide me with the food that I ordered when I call back just say no you didn’t order that when I actually did!

This place gave me explosive diarrhea! I ordered chicken fried rice, the chicken tasted really old/raw. The rice was really dry. When I went to pick up my food, the guy at the front desk was ringing out a towel he was using to mop the floor, after seeing me, he approached me to give me my food without even washing his hands! Go else where, but not here.

The food was prepared with care, and was so fresh and delicious! Best general tsos chicken we’ve had in town, and the chicken and snow peas were also excellent! We ate all the dumplings, and the mango milkshakes made a perfect finish. Not too sweet. Thank you for making tonight a great dinner, and so close to your closing time.

So you expect your customers to stand outside in the heat and use a cell phone to make an order while we're right in front of you? You won't stay in business much longer if you treat your customers like this.Edit and response to reply from the owner: Your employee told us differently. We were told to use a cell phone to order and denied a menu. You might want to have a discussion with your employees to ensure they understand your store's ordering protocol. But your unprofessional response of "nah" tells me all I need to know.

While the food is decent, the review is primarily due to their delivery drivers. I order online-I was social anxiety, so not having to speak to anyone is a plus. When I place and order, I select contactless delivery and instructions to ring the doorbell once. I would expect such simple instructions to be followed. A while back the delivery driver knocked (I specifically state not to do this, as it can trigger PTSD panic attacks) and the driver was quite rude when I asked him why he knocked and didn't follow the instructions provided...um...buddy, it's not my fault if your reading comprehension isn't up to speed. A couple of months ago I ordered again, but saw the delivery driver pull up and was prepared, unlocking the door and the delivery driver knocked and as I opened the door, immediately apologized. This time the delivery driver rang the door bell; I was on the couch, getting up and instead of allowing a minute or two for me to get to the door, decided to knock, ring the bell again, pound on the door. I thought I was under an attack and ran into the bathroom. I allowed myself a few minutes to calm down, before checking to see if whoever it was, was gone. The person outside my door decided to peer into my home, freaked me out! They proceeded to pound on my door and ring the door bell. I finally screamed, ran into the bedroom and locked the door and stayed they for about 15mins, until they were gone. Their drivers either disregard instructions, don't read them or they just don't care about the safety and well being of their customers. If you have mental health issues, they obviously don't need/want your business. Not going to be ordering from them again and will be lodging a complaint with them and the BBB.

Placed an online order. Went to pick up and the gentleman had me sort through his receipts to confirm which order was mine. Paid and he told me it would be 10-15 minutes. 10-15 minutes later comes back to the window and asks me to go through the receipts again and asked me to pay again. Told him I already paid and showed him my receipt and he told me it would be 10-15 minutes again. This time I was pretty upset and asked for a refund, one minute later he comes back and says my order is ready. 2 minutes later brings back my food and explains to me rudely they are busy and I could always choose another restaurant to eat. I told him it was not about the waiting but poor attention to detail he offered and not to worry I will not go back.

We have eaten here for a long time now and quite frequently. But here lately the food portions are very small and it’s so expensive. But it’s frustrating when they get your order wrong twice in one month. And Idk why it seems like now they make their spicy foods to where you can’t even enjoy your food. And it seems if you ask to not make it too spicy, they make it even more spicy. I literally have not been able to eat my food a few times because of the heat. It’s miserable! My husband who loves spicy and hot foods couldn’t even eat it!! And when you call and tell them about these things they don’t care. So I guess it’s time to find a new Chinese food place……

The customer service was impeccable I have never met so many nice people on the phone ordering for pick-up. They were kind and respectful to us and the people in front of us on the phone. Not only was the customer service amazing the food itself was incredible. The servings were large and the prices were fair. The taste of everything we got was phenomenal. The cheese wontons in particular were the best we have ever had. We will definitely be ordering again

The food is very good, traditional chinese food. The only reason why I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the people are a little rude. But God willing, I honestly believe that it is a cultural difference. No disrespect to the owners or employees, but I don't think they have rude intentions. I have never been inside. For the longest time they do call ins only and you would go pick it up from a box in the front door for Covid purposes. That's another reason for the 4th star. In all of Lubbock, I recommend this place for affordable, delicious Chinese food.
