Drove across town and sat in line at drive through for a long time. Person took my order in drive through and repeated back to me. Huge order for my whole family. Drove all the way home. Not one item of food was correct. Called and got put on hold for quite a while. Told me to come back and come in. Came in and waited another long time for new attempt at my order. I have always loved this establishment but will not return to this branch. Employee training perhaps?

I ordered breakfast and never got it. Called to speak with the delivery director to get a refund. He kept on making me repeat my name and then argued with me that my order was here. I told him the order never got here and I barely had a chance to call them. Instead of the refund he tried to get me to settle for adding the items back to my account. I said no I wanted a refund and still tried to get me to speak to the Delivery driver. I said no just give me a refund due to me having to get food somewhere else. He then said I do it even if I know it got there. I told him if I had gotten it I wouldn’t be calling. Finally gave me a refund, but was very rude

This has been a Chick-fil-A I have been coming to for over 7 years as it is very close to my house. But over the last 6 months it has gone downhill fast. So many issues with incorrect orders, missing items, missing sauces, poor customer service that had not resolved any issues. Not sure if management has changed or they have become more lax but I unfortunately go elsewhere now.
