Usually good but on Sundays they don't open till noon. We get it. Lots of Bible thumpers. But for those of us who don't give a $hit about the carpenter and his extended three day weekend he took for your sins. I want my ice cream. So now I have to find a place that hold more consistent hours.

Today we had a special treat at Coldstone Creamery in Lubbock. We had milkshakes! We hadn't had milkshakes in years. I had sweet cream, and my husband had savory Strawberry. Very delicious and very worth the splurge.

This cold stone creamery was very clean and bright. The background music wasn't too loud and the service was excellent. The young man behind the counter was easy to understand and offered great suggestions. The ice cream itself was great, we will definitely be back to try more things. Good job!

I used to pay the LP&L bill with my purchases ?. Then they took dark Chocolate away. They should've chosen regular chocolate instead. ??♀️ haven't been back since. #disappointed #loyalcustomer

If you have employees force a "rule" not to give a Door Dasher their order unless given an isolated bag...you better put it on a door or window...it's not in the Dasher guidebook.1st week drivers dont have an issued bag yet so to put your own ideals onto others is not okay.You cant undispatch an order. The customer already paid for it so you cant refuse to give someone their order.This is not okay. Absolutely horrible customer service.

Great ice cream, good service, but could be friendlier. Told the dude I had a birthday coupon cause it's my birthday and he didn't take the time to say "happy birthday!" With a smile. I know it sounds petty, but this is just basic friendly service
