Should be five stars. However, ordered a large pizza via the app, which worked well, and the pizza was very good... would have been better if we received the correct toppings. Was interesting, as the receipt showed the correct toppings, but the pizza... not so much. Still, a good pizza. Mistakes happen.

Ordered two salads and a pizza. The cheese pizza was burnt to hell. Should've known to check before pulling off since the girls in the window kept looking at it weird before handing it to us. Also need to be trained on the speaker.

Today, Nov 7th; my colleagues, my wife and myself met at your establishment for lunch..We encountered an issue that upset my guest and I. Donald, the GM came to my table, apologized and allowed me to voice my frustration. I did it respectfully and Donald listened and was very sympathetic. If it wasn't for Donald, I don't believe we'd be customers anymore. On a high note, the food was very good, fresh and had great presentation.. Thank you Donald for making things right. Maybe our next visit will be great, like I'm used to.Love their pizza, but I'm in love with their cheese bread!!!! Go get some today!! You'll thank me later.

This is a good place. Being that I'm new to Lubbock, it was interesting to eat at a new place. The food is good, a little expensive, but tasty. The staff were super nice! It was clean and busy when we went.
