If I could give zero stars, I would I understand busy hours and this and that but their customer service skills are one to be questioned. I would not recommend do Pizza Hut instead at least u til they get different night shift management

The food is always an accurate temperature, and the taste of the pizza and pasta is pleasing. The time frame I'm given on an online order is the actual time. Staff is always professional.

Dustin Smith, store manager of store 6416 in Lubbock, TX, sent me rude and condescending emails that became increasingly distressing and belligerent. I have been attempting to contact somebody to address this problem but you keep sending the complaints back to the store level when the store manager IS the whole problem. I will continue submitting complaints until you address the issue.

They took done the order WRONG & then acted like we were trying to get over. Not to mention buddy making the pizza didn't have on gloves. I guess it's a new policy #Dominos? It's a shame have to go to a different location on opposite side of town just to get good service.

The food was good but i needed to use the restroom while I was waiting and they wouldn't let me. I was walking home in the middle of the night from work.
Usually pretty good however tonight the pizzas were ok, but 2 pasta bowls 99% noodles, and almost no chicken in the chicken Alfredo very little sauce. Primavera all noodles, almost no veggies. MACARONI AND CHEESE ?delivery guy was great.

got a deliver order and the address got mixed up and our amazing delivery driver cindi still came to drop it off to us even though she was across town some of the best customer service ever!!! She was also still very happy so serve us.
