Does anyone deserve a 1 star review? YES THIS DUNKIN IS A CROCK!!!!! The simple order of a a basic coffee can’t be done! So save yourself the grief and go to any other location where they know how to their job and don’t whine a complain o about there equipment being substandard. And the blaring Bollywood music is annoying in the background. Management sounds like she’s fresh of a Maury taping.

The best Dunkin I have been to in a long time. The staff was all extremely helpful and polite and our coffeees' and Donuts were absolutely delicious! Also the service was surprisngly Very fast with how busy it was. ⭐️

I think there has been a change in ownership or management. Never had I reason to write a negative review but my last order quickly prompted one. I'd always received munchkins in one bag, glazed donuts in a separate bag stacked sideways and warm food in a separate bag. In the last order, glazed donuts were under the munchkins facedown. By the time we unpacked them, most of the glaze was left in the bag. Who does that? Then the croissant sandwich was burned! Never had I ever! Until now.

Got a sundae. The "hot" Fudge was room temperature and chunky. And then, they didn't have any spoons. Not sure how I was supposed to eat it. Never going back to this location

Stood here for five minutes waiting to get someone to take my order. Worker was just slowly putting things in boxes and completely ignored me and were rude when I asked if they could help me. This has happened several times when I have come here. Never coming back.

I went in to use the bathroom ended up buying a refresher..Omg it was the best .. definitely worth the walk .
Big fan of their logo, color, & ambiences. Like their donuts. I preferred their old name.

I frequently place mobile orders here and they have always been speedy, friendly, and get my order correct. But recently they have messed up my order every time I’ve gone. Three times in a row they haven’t given me something I ordered forcing me to either go back through the drive through or inside to get the correct items I paid for. This most recent time the employee at the window just handed me my coffee I order and told me to have a good day, the problem was I also ordered some donut holes and a bagel with cream cheese (which they have forgotten to give me before), so I let her know I was missing the other two items and she gave me a horrible attitude telling me the coffee was the only item on the ticket. Of course I still had my receipt handy so I showed her proof that I had ordered 2 whole other items. She scrambled around and found the donut holes marked with my name and order number on the shelf marked mobile orders then double checked to make sure that was the last item and it wasn’t, so I again told her no and said I also had a bagel with cream cheese and they found the bagel clearly marked with my name and order number. It just doesn’t make sense to me how a mobile order can get messed up because the sticker on my coffe cup clearly said there were three items in my order. I also don’t understand how these mobile orders can get messed up and they forgot to add things when a screen tells them every single thing the customer wants and doesn’t want with their order. They clearly need to either work on getting mobile orders correct, or update their system since it seems to not be working at all. I’m quite upset that this has occurred three times in a row and I’m not sure if I can trust this location to get my order right and give me everything I paid for.

Love their coffee!! Stop just about every morning for coffee. I love their signature coffee, Caramel Craze!! It's wonderful iced too!! The large cups, are actually about medium size now, like most places. Everyone is feeling the pinch in this economy. But I would highly recommend them, instead of the other coffee places! ? (j.s.) ? My DD is on Quaker and 50th in Lubbock, TX. The employees at the window are the sweetest, nicest girls! They make a mean latte too!! In case you didn't know, download the app, you can order and pay ahead anytime, and until the end of the year, on Weds, when you order a drink, you get a FREE donut!! ? What's not to like!! Y'all get to Dunkin Donuts!!
