The greasiest Barbeque I've ever had. I bought a pound of Ribs and a pound of brisket. Over half of the food was fat and greasy. I stayed up most of the night sick from the food.

Great food. You can tell they took their time to perfect it. BBQ is not cheap. For 3 people we spent about $70.

I've been waiting to try them out for a year now. The guys are extremely friendly and seemed very happy to take care of us. In which seems extremely rare these days. The building is a dive; but I've had some of the best food I have ever had out of dives. My family and I went there for Saturday lunch. The place was dead. We ordered sliced brisket, pork ribs, pork/beef link sausage, mac & cheese, and mustard potato salad. As well as they served the traditional condiments of pickles, onions, etc.Maybe we got them on an off day, and maybe I had too high of a expectation? The pork ribs and mac were average. None of us unfortunately enjoyed most of the rest. The drink options were extremely limited with only water, Dr. Pepper, and Coke. When ordering I had asked about moist vs lean sliced brisket; I was told they cut both, and didn't feel like I had a choice past that.At the price we paid, I expected much more in quality, not volume. I thought the brisket was overcooked and obviously a direct choice of moist or lean would of been ideal. I'm a moist only guy, so I thought it was pretty dry. The sausage grind was extremely compressed or loose like hamburger meat, depending on which end of the same link we got; I prefer a large course grind. Everyone mentioned the potato salad was extremely sweet. The thin vinegar sauce wasn't bad, but seemed different with Texas BBQ.We wish them well in the future, but unfortunately this is not for us.

Restroom was out of service & it was super cold inside the restaurant. Overall, it was a nice dining location.

Great BBQ spot, went on Thursday late afternoon, was limited selection. Check Facebook for what's available, they update daily. Fri-Sat are the big days where they have all the BBQ options. We got brisket smash burgers, 2lbs of ribs, Mac and Cheese and potatoe salad. It was amazing. Smash burgers are on point, ribs were perfect, sides were all great. Hidden gem BBQ place. Owners are super nice people too. Top BBQ place in Lubbock for sure.Parking: Parking is fine, lots of space on the sideKid-friendliness: Kids friendlyWheelchair accessibility: You can get a wheel chair in.

Oh my gosh these people turn out some amazing bbq. Before ordering we checked out their smokers. The pit boss happened to be manning the smoker while we took pictures. He opened one door and checked on the many cuts of meat by just squeezing them. Before we ordered they gave us some large chunks of brisket. Oh my gosh it simply melted in our mouths. We ordered the brisket, ribs, sausage, green beans, and cheesy potatoes. My wife could not get enough of them and we had to remind her to share with others. We enjoyed it all and went to bed fat and happy!!

Great service, food and ambiance. I enjoy their brisket, Mac cheese and cappuccino. Thank you for the outstanding experience.

It's good BBQ. The reason for the low review is because a small sandwich and a small side with a can of Coke is around $22. I went early shortly after open and no sauce was available the excuse was it wasn't made. It isn't worth the price.

This place has phenomenal barbecue. The only side I tried was the Mexican street corn which we enjoyed. There is a small amount of seating onsite which is on par with a hole in the wall bbq joint. The meat is all priced by the pound so you get what you pay for and the owner doesn't go broke. Very nice people making good food. Take some home if you're fussy about dining in a street side joint. Other wise stay and enjoy the company of good folks. Thanks for and excellent meal. Sorry BYU had to beat Texas Tech but we tried to be nice about it.
