Just WOW!!!! I want to start off with saying the vegan options are amazing which is hard to find in the area of Texas. Secondly the staff is unbelievably so friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go above and beyond! We will be making a lot more trips to Lubbock just for the impossible burgers and spiral cut fries! If your are ever in the area this is the place to go!!!!
We visited while picking up my sister for break because we're always looking to branch out and try new (to us) places. "Best of the west" doesn't even cut it; these burgers were amazing! You definitely get what you pay for because they are decently sized burgers, and their twister fires are a must have if you enjoy freshly fried chips.

The food was was really great, but what made this trip to Heff’s stand out was the incredible service and kindness provided by Deanna. This was honestly the best fast food experience we have ever had. She went out of her way to get our dog outside some water, treats, and love. After being on the road for six hours, we are so grateful to have encountered such a genuine and kind person. The next time that we are in Lubbock we will definitely be back to this location!
