Went thru drive through....ordered mushroom Swiss burger combo. When the gave me my bagged order the receipt and kitchen tag has the order correct. When we got to the soccer field for our game, we found out what we actually got was a hamburger with mustard and all vegetables. The fries were hot and there was no drink. I asked the guy at the window about the drink and he just walked away from the window. We couldn't go back to the restaurant as we had soccer games. I tried calling and was out on hold twice and on both calls I got hung up on. Paid $15 for food I could not even eat and no drink.

I frequent this establishment all the time and the food is pretty good. Tonight I called for a pick up order at 9:45p after getting off work and was put on hold for a few minutes and then told they were closed. Fair warning, they will stop serving about 10-15 minutes early. When I asked if they close at 10 they lady got a little rude and said "yeah! but it's 10 till".

I've eaten there quite often and the only complaint or really more of a suggestion is I like my onion rings a little more crispy and darker but that's just my taste but other than that food is great customer service has always been on point as far as the price I don't mind paying a little more for food that I've can enjoy because there's a lot of restaurants that brag about their cheap prices and u find out as ur eating why they are so cheap it's like anything else u get what u pay for and really I don't find Jumbo Joe's expensive

When I called order, I had to repeat my order three times, she. I picked up the order, went home and I was missing a hamburger. I called, they asked what I had ordered, I repeated the order. The order was 2 jumbo burgers, 2 large orders of tater tots, 3 regular hamburgers, I hamburger dry/ no onions. She said come pick up the other hamburger, I told her my husband was going to pick it up. He went by and was told he could not have the hamburger, unless he had the receipt. I went back and they asked for the receipt, the same woman who gave me the order, took my card, but did not give me a receipt back with my card. There was no receipt in the bag. She had the audacity, to ask if I had the food. This was an hour and half later. They were treating me as if I was a liar. I called to ask for the owner. So apparently you can not contact the owner. (Nice tactic). Hire people that know how to write down orders. This is not first time they have messed up my order. Please tell your hire work, not to pretend that you did not just come by the window. This was the last time u will order from them, I will be sure to ask for a receipt, or they will call you a lair.
