My order was not ready, they were not busy, the floors were wet front and in the kitchen the trash was over flowing. The girl that helped me needs customer service training I ordered 3 extra sauces and dis not get them I asked about them she Sid they are in there and walked off. There were 4 gentlemen standing behind the counter doing nothing I will never use thus KFC again they are very unprofessional in NY opinion.

Stopped by to get the new 8 chicken wings for $4.99. They stopped selling them the day before but the employee said he would go ahead and cook some for me. Only problem was that it would take 30 minutes. I thanked him and told him I could not wait. The store is fortunate to have an employee like him. I will stop there again.

I went to 3 different kfcs today. Two of them, the people taking our order, had the worst attitudes ever as if they didn't want us ordering or didn't want to make the food, so we left. The 3rd time was this one. Alexis, the night manager, ended up taking our order. Let me say she was so sweet and happy. I was willing to wait for our order no matter how long it took. The guy in the front was super sweet, too. The other kfcs need to take lessons from them on how to treat customers. Thank you all for your amazing service.

Purposely did NOT make my DoorDash order until they closed just so they could tell me “we’re closed”. My dasher waited 30 minutes for the order!!! While I, myself, waited OVER AN HOUR!!! They could’ve made the order in that time, they were just lazy. Unprofessional and rude.
My husband went to pick up our chicken dinner. We didn't get the variety we ordered, and we ordered the crispy chicken, it was the original. It tasted old like it was made for someone else. We're very unhappy with the order. We paid alot for this meal and I think we should get reimbursed for at least part of it. Oh and the biscuits were hard like hockey pucks. I feel like someone pulled a fast one on my husband

Stay away!! Can’t cook because chicken is always frozen, manager laughs in your face, and corporate wants to argue. Second attempt at this location. This place is awful. STAY AWAY, go to Popeyes across the street!!!!! They’ll treat you like customers should to be treated!!!

Waited in like for nearly 15 minutes. I was the only car in line at the time one patron inside. I don’t what the hold up was considering there was clearly chicken and other items out and in the hot food areas. I only know because I went in to get a refund since the drive thru was five car deep at this point with someone else waiting for food behind me also not at the window.

Burnt chicken all of it asked for extra crispy never going back again, spent 22 dollars for nothing. Will not be going back. The 20 dollar big box was a waste. The whole family has trouble eating it, it either set out to long, or they had old grease. Either way it was burnt and not good. The maconrini and cheese was okay, try to call talk to a manager no one answered.
