The chicken was horrible. First I asked for original and I got crispy. But some pieces had doughy spots like the crust wasn't cooked all the way. And then other pieces the crust had come completely off and it was rubbery and way over cooked. They also didn't have Mac and cheese but wasn't a big deal since they replaced it.. but so disappointed with the chicken

Just this evening ordered two chicken pot pie meals. I don't live in town so when I arrived home ready to eat, the pot pies were not fresh. Like they had been out all day and reheated. Definitely a disappointment when you spend your hard earned money on reheated food. I could have reheated leftovers at home.

I will not eat there again. I do not usually, but I made an exception. The sides are fine, except when I went they were out of Mac n cheese. I ordered chicken strips, 2 orders. I ended up not eating mine until the next day so I dinot see them right away. When I went to reheat them, I was shocked! There were these small strips of meat, only coated in flour with some seasoning. No crunchy outside that typifies KFC! They looked like they were pulled out of the freezer and put in the microwave! They were not brown, just a shade darker than flour! I was so stunned! I saw someone once open a frozen tv dinner, that chicken was just as pale! Only it looked more appetizing with the crunchy coating on it than those, pale, little pieces of floured chicken from KFC!! I spent almost $30 on it, I would have been better off going to the store and buying a frozen chicken meal! KFC! What happened to you?!?!

Came in right after 130pm food was fresh the fries are Phenomenal Not sure how they are made but these are the best fries I’ve had from fast food in a very long time, my son love’s original chicken legs and everything was sooo good even these new wings taste so good especially for the price meals below $8 is such a steal!

I don’t know why I waste my time and order jalapeños. This is the 4th time I have ordered them with my food and I asked them every stinking time at the window if they put the dang jalapeños in the bag and they always look me dead in my eye and say yes. Get it together kfc.

Worst experience of my life at a fast food restaurant. The kid working was a total a hole to me. It took him almost half an hour to make my food. He had me pull up from the pick up window so the wait wouldn't count against him. When I got my food, the was no receipt so I backed up to the pickup window and asked him for a receipt. As he balled up my receipt to throw it away he told me I could get it online. When I got home my 10 piece tender box only had 7 pieces!Worst fast food experience of my life, I'm 56...
