11/05/2023, stopped to take my elderly parents a bucket of chicken for us to share. I ordered the 12 piece extra crispy, mashed potato's, coleslaw, four extra biscuits and side of brown gravy. Everything was great EXCEPT the chicken. Due to not working there I don't know when it was made BUT I can guess how long it was under a heat lamp. Ordered drive through, wait 27 minutes. Was told got extra 4 pieces of chicken for the wait. Got home got corn vice coleslaw. Got 8 pieces of chicken vice 12 that I ordered. Went back and got it resolved but this KFC seems to never be able to follow the order.

Food is always good! We get the same carry out all the time, but every time I go they seem irritated, mad that customers are there & mad they’re at work (not even right before they close)... which I guess i understand but atleast try to pretend like you’re not miserable. I just started driving a bit further down to slide so I didn’t bother them with more work to do. But like I said food is GREAT so 3 stars seems fair.
