Lovely ambiance, very Insta-friendly. The food is good in general terms, only suffering in comparison to better tapas restaurants in larger cities. Service is variable, from passable to indifferent, but that seems to be the standard across the city and perhaps the country since the pandemic. All of the dishes are fine, we’ve had a dozen or more with nothing terrible, though nothing terrific either. The sangria is generally disappointing, either because they don’t know how to make it or because local tastes vary from other Spanish restaurants around the US… and Spain. Overall, good place for a date or to enjoy a little variety in your regular diet so I give it a qualified recommendation.

We dropped in for a snack, and it was the best part of our day. The sangria is delicious, the queso with artichoke dip is great, and the pork tacos tender and not greasy. The atmosphere is eclectic, lots to look at. Our server was attentive, and we wanted for nothing. Can't wait to return.

Love La Diosa! Unfortunately their host Mark was very short, rude, and unprofessional. His sarcastic attitude was unexpected and out of place for this atmosphere. After taking much longer than necessary to seat us and making snarky comments we decided to leave. We will absolutely visit again, but not with that rude host waiting to greet us.

Wonderful Staff! Margherita pizza is phenomenal!

We stopped in after a wine tasting at McPherson cellars, across the street, to get a snack. It's a very eclectic and comfortable space and the food is delicious.

Quick lunch after wine tasting. Beautiful atmosphere and the tapas were excellent. Meatballs were great just a little jalapeño spice. The whiskey braised pork tenderloin was tender and delicious. Beef empanadas light and good.

I absolutely LOVE this place. A true hidden gem in Lubbock, TX. The tapas & Sangria are absolutely delicious, the service is great & the atmosphere is very relaxed but also classy.

Great atmosphere and pleasant staff! The live music was unobtrusive and very much matched the scene. This is a great place and I shall be returning.

A great place to bring family and friends! Went here for "Mom's Weekend" and had fantastic food and drinks. I think we ordered almost everything on the menu and had no complaints. There was live music as well. You need to be a little adventurous to enjoy the menu, I was able to try a lot of new things!

My favorite place to eat in Lubbock. We always get the lamb, caprese salad, and sangria.

Ate at this restaurant 7 months ago and they did not charge my debit card until today. I don’t know what kind of restaurant does that, but it’s very sketchy. Plus the $10 per person fee for “live music” which was just a guy playing a guitar

Decor awesome. Food even awesomer (yes I know that's not a real word). First Sunday brunch is always great. Dinner is always really good too. They switch up the menu all the time. So you are guaranteed to get something new and amazing every visit.

I love La Diosa! It’s my go-to for out of town guests and Fridays too. Wait staff are always delightful, great wine list, and wonderful food.
