We ate here for lunch, never been here, so my evaluation was ok to try the food is good the service is very good and they are very attentive, professional and friendly. I had the carne guisada, and my wife had the huevos rancheros. Bathrooms are clean as well as the dining area. The salsa is good but thin and kinda watery. The flour tortillas are fresh, so they have to be eaten pretty quickly. Otherwise, they get hard on the edges. Very good prices for the amount of food you get. It's worth a try, many good choices of food. The rice is ok, the beans are good but the carne guisada is great, so tender.

This is probably my favorite Mexican restaurant in Lubbock. The chilaquiles verdes are so delicious and the asada tacos are so flavorful! Also, chiles rellenos and camarones a la ola are amazing! Enjoy!

As a black person or ANYONE beyond someone who is hispanic, I advise you not to spend your money at this rotten, sewage smelling foul place. Aracely spent her time serving hispanic customers, while ignoring my black mother. Then, when my mom finally got her to take her order for a large champurrado, Aracely spent time chatting with hispanic customers and chatting with them about her child. All the while my champurrado sat in the kitchen for 20 MINUTES. Then, when returned and told Aracely that my mom ordered a LARGE champurrado, she acknowledged that my mom did, but that they don't have large champurrados. When I showed her proof that I have ordered large champurrados, then Aracely says, well, we do, but it is more money, I suppose implying that as black people we could not afford the price my church family, work family, nor anyone else I know will EVER attend this sewage reeking racist garage place again. I requested her name and she refused to give her name. Then for her to have the nerve to lie on my mom. This is not over. I will make sure everyone knows about this racist trash.
