It always my avocado and now even the sauce lol I only got a little square and a dot of the orange drizzle, definitely not like the picture!, and on my other half only 3 slices and barely any sauce, very disappointing, next time I guess I have to bring my own avocado ? but makes no sense since I’m paying for the service. The bread from all my orders were hard unlike at the other Panera, very disappointed. At Taco Casa you actually get way more than what you pay for, I expected the bare minimum of what I paid for here and got a slap in the face.

This restaurant always closes WAY before their stated closing and are losing a lot of business. We have tried to go three times well before the stated closing time and have been turned away by either the person in the drive through or with a locked door every time.

The agave lemonade is spoiled and the container looks like it has something growing in it. The Pepsi and Dr Pepper both tasted wrong, like they used the wrong flavor syrup. Service wasn’t very good either. When we initially walked in, the place seemed empty with no staff in sight.

Drive thru was closed and only taking lobby orders and mobile orders. I was stuck in line due to bad drive thru design. Worse service ever I waited 30 minutes to drive away with nothing for lunch and wasted my lunch break. I called and was told an order would take another 30 minute, I don’t have an extra hour to waste on a sandwich.

Worst service I stood at the counter for about 7/10 minutes one dude walked up and was like are you paying with cash or card and I said card but wanted to order at the front of course he said “no go order over there” then walked off!!No lemonade, no coffee, no large cup lids!! Then when I wanted to ask about the bread that’s supposedly for sale the lady looked me up and down like I was stupid and said they didn’t have any so I couldn’t buy any acted like she had no idea they sold breast in the breast glass box!!!There out of the avocado BLT witch idk how that’s possibleOut of every single desert almostIf I wanted to be looked at wrong or treated with little to no respect because there to busy trying to clean up a business hours before closing so all there shi* is done and they can get out earlier I would have gone to McDonaldsI was here at 6:35pm on February 6th 2024

5:30 P.M. on a Saturday, only two or three other people here. All of the coffee machines are out. The tea/lemonade machines have not been refilled. They're out of mac and cheese, most of their sandwiches, half of the soups and some of their salads. It's hard to eat expensive hospital food when it's not available.

Wish I would have came here to see the reviews before I wasted my money on a Grubhub order from here, but hindsight is 20/20. Ordered 2x pick twos and they forgot the soup on an order. 4 items and you can't get the order right. This is why I stopped ordering from the location on Milwaukee and also why that store is no longer open. I don't know what has transpired with Panera in the last few years, but their quality just continues to go downhill. I used to order them constantly in two other states and never had as many issues as I've had with the Lubbock locations. Just sad that one of the few slightly healthier choices we have here, and they can't get simple orders right!
